From the front desk to the hygienist and dental assistants to Dr. East, everyone here is off the chart friendly, helpful, caring and professional. These folks get an A+. As for my prosthetics, they get two separate grades. For aesthetics, they get an A+ as well. I couldn't be happier with the way they look. I now don't hesitate to smile or laugh in public, and I even get the occasional compliment. I do a lot of public speaking and presentations, and my new teeth have really boosted my self-confidence and self-esteem. For functionality, I have to give them a D+. The images they show you of people biting into an apple are really not accurate. I've had mine for two years now and I still struggle to bite through a soft bagel. I knew I would have to alter my diet, which I was happily prepared to do, but I didn't realize eating would forever be challenging, uncomfortable, or a bit painful. I guess if you average the two grades, they do get a 'B,' but I'm on the fence as to whether I'd make the same choice if I had it to do over again.

I needed all 4…read moreremoved and they were impacted so I knew it was gonna be a process for healing and stress, but they helped me through every step and what to expect. They helped me get an appointment quickly and his assistant prepped me and asked me several questions in order for Dr. Salib to make a good surgical plan for me. I didn't know why I needed a CT, but as we went through it together it actually plays a critical role since my teeth were about to hit a nerve. So I went into the surgery confidently and walked out like nothing. He went out of his way to call and check up on me during the weekend which I really appreciated. So I'm definitely sending my close family and friends his way for their amazing service. I've healed up pretty well, no issues, not even much pain very minor. Dr. Salib and his team was a pleasure to work with. He's very easy to talk to, easy going, listens very well to every concern I had, very experienced, very efficient and had a pretty pleasant conversation with him. The eventual charge was $1600!!!!! They are legally protected because they said it started at $320. Luckily my insurance paid $1100 of it but that still leave me to pay about $500. I called the office and all they would say is "sorry" try giving the lab a call to see if they will write it off. In addition, I was in the office for over two hours which isn't crazy until you realize I spent half that time waiting for people to work on me.

On my last visit, I was so anxious that before we even got started, Dr. Mostofi took the time to sit with me, talk me through my fears, and make me feel genuinely supported. That alone set him apart. During the procedure, the vibration from the drill became too overwhelming, and I stopped him -- not once, not twice, but eight times. Every single time, without a hint of frustration, he stopped, checked in with me, and waited until I was ready to continue at my own pace. His patience and compassion were extraordinary. By the eighth stop, rather than pushing through, he came up with a thoughtful plan: he rescheduled my appointment, prescribed Valium to help me relax the night before and the morning of the procedure, and suggested I swap my regular AirPods for noise-canceling headphones to block out the sounds that were triggering my anxiety. The difference was night and day. When I came back, we got through the entire procedure smoothly and comfortably. I left that chair feeling proud of myself -- and that's entirely because of the care and creativity Dr. Mostofi brought to my situation. The office staff deserves just as much praise. They are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.
