In short: I am calling Ergeon, specifically, Oscar, when I need to work on my fences. Long: I was looking for contractors for days. Talked with Lowe's, Home Depot, individual contractors etc. Finding a good contract (in terms of money, materials, how early they could start) seemed impossible and I just decided to sign the contract with someone my neighbor recommended. That guy also could not promise an early start. Different panels of my fence were falling flat on the ground. We did not want to wait any longer. Searched Angi again. Asked for quotes. Next day, Oscar from Ergeon called. It was around 11am. I told him what's needed and we were supposed to sign contract with other contractor the next morning. Oscar hung me up just to give a video call. I showed him my property in the call. Oscar provided a precise quote, same day, as promised. Everything was documented neatly. How well equipped and tech savvy they are - was impressive! Also, it was pleasant surprise to find people sincere to their words! Also, their pricing in the quote was fair enough. I just had to stick with the earlier contractor because that guy rescheduled the next day's meeting to 7am and I had to confirm before I could get Ergeon's quote. And if I gave you my word, I gave you my word. Oscar readily understood my situation when he called for follow up. I don't write reviews, I do not have that kind of time. I wanted to write this to appreciate a good and efficient person like Oscar. Otherwise, we keep losing them from our society. read more

We are completely satisfied with the project. We called on a whim, and the process was SO easy. We were looking at doing it ourselves, after pricing the materials (and realizing we're a little slower to recover from manual labor due to age) we decided to Google fence installers near us. Ergeon came up as a woman owned business so I called and immediately had a person answer, told her what we were wanting and she transferred us to a designer that did virtual measurements and gave us a preliminary quote (that was pretty spot on), 7 days later an installer came out to do true measurements, 13 days after that we have the privacy fence that we wanted, it was less expensive then doing it ourselves, AND we didn't have to suffer the pain of doing the work OURSELVES. The installer and his crew were awesome. read more

I recently had a fence installed by Ergeon. Anthony and crew put up a fence that will last thirty-years. I think it's a thing of beauty and very strong. Better than I expected. I messed-up the picket size. They swapped out the pickets for the correct size and still finished in one day. From beginning to completion, they have an organized process for communicating concerns or changes (like I had to do with the slats). Thank you to Diana. I am very pleased with the quality and the work of Ergeon. If you need a fence that lasts - this is the right place and the right price. John D. read more

My husband and I have needed to replace our fence for awhile now but we held off because of the cost. When we finally were ready to start the project I started my research. I found Ergeon to have a solid reputation And by other reviews excellent communication! Of course I called around for quotes. Some companies responded and some didn't. Ergeon responded and also made sure I reached out with any further questions or concerns. I am so glad I selected Ergeon for this project! Our project manager Luis was awesome too! We are so loving our new fence that now gives us a place to enjoy! read more

Javier and his crew did a great job. They finished the installation of my new fence in less than 1/2 a day. They hauled away the old fence and cleaned up the area. I am very happy with the finished result and highly recommend Ergeon, and if I need more work done in the future, I will use them. Ergeon also offered financing which was nice. Dedria the quote manager was very nice and always available when I had questions. Luis the project manager kept me informed all the way through the project completion. read more

I recently gave ergeon fence company a bad review. They failed to return our phone calls when we were having issues with our gates. After that, we received a phone call from Nestor Baca, the Escalation Manager. He sincerely apologized for the way things were handled and let us know that that was not the way they did business. He was quick to rectify the problem so that we were satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Nestor Baca. read more

Fast service from selecting the type of fencing, assessing the property and installation. I'm incredibly happy with the finished installed of the new fence. All planks are straight, there's no gap at the bottom which was a concern since I have dogs, and there's no catching of the two new gates. The team did a great job on clean up as well. I would highly recommend Ergeon to others. read more
