I was really impressed with the quality of workmanship of the team who built the fence. Jaime and Carlos specifically really went above and beyond and their attention to detail was incredible. They did the job exactly as requested and the finished product looks amazing!! Everyone who has come over says the same thing.. "woooowww that's a really beautiful fence!" We are very happy customers.! That said just had one piece of feedback that could have made the experience better. I found that communicating to our construction manager was difficult. There were a couple concerns during the construction and messaged our manager but he never responded to the concerns via text. Fortunately the team on the ground was very receptive and helped us out but just would have liked to have received some response acknowledging our questions/concerns. Also the timing promised was delayed and the delays were not communicated leaving us a little confused when build day arrived and nobody showed up until late 11am when we were expecting them to start at 8am. That said I still give this project a 5 star because the guys who were here did such a wonderful job and the end product is absolutely beautiful and well built. Just a bit of room for improvement on the back end communications with the project manager. Overall I'd definitely work with Ergeon again as they deliver a quality end product at a competitive price. Fence installation started as planned and was completed in three days in spite of some wet weather. We love the fence especially the choice of wood. The neighbors are happy as well. The installation crew led by Jaime were very professional and excellent in their work approach, attitude & ethic. They addressed all noted issues in the final inspection and Jaime came back to fix a neighbor's concern as well. The project was very well coordinated all along by Alvaro who kept me well informed.
