They were very quick with communication and offered a virtual assessment with lots of details online. The project was done in one day. They had to move our neighbors drain pipe for proper gate installation which wasn't communicated to us or our neighbor and ended up causing a loosening of the drain pipe. The good: I reached out on May 4th for a fence replacement project. The sales department did a good job on advising me and helping me setup an order for a wood fence replacement that would match my HOA requirements. I also notified them that I would need to talk with the installers to confirm some dimension and styling issues. I was contacted by their project manager Samantha on May 10th. Samantha setup my pre-install appointment on May 11th. The bad: No one showed up to the pre-install appointment. I contacted Samantha the following May 12th to figure out what happened. They were unaware of why the pre-installer didn't come or if they even came at all. They were also unaware of the requests that I had told the sales representative. I needed to talk to the pre-installer directly due to an dimension and style requirement that required direct communication with the installer. After some confusing communication with the project manager, their pre-installer Alejandro finally contacted me on May 13th. He no idea what the project scope was and thought the project was a vinyl fence. He was clearly a sub-contractor and hadn't been out here before. Needless to say, I cancelled the contract with Ergeon for failure to perform. I do not claim to know what happened with Ergeon and this sub-contractor to cause this mess, but it's clear that someone is miscommunicating or lying to someone else. I'm caught in the middle with a horrendous customer experience. If you're in SoCal and considering Ergeon, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Stop scrolling and hire Ergeon - TBH we'd give them 10 stars if we could! Parents needed a 4x40 vinyl fence installed and Ergeon were the first to respond to our inquiry. Scheduled a Zoom to walk through the details of the job, their instant estimate included images, next steps... and you don't pay until the install is completed and approved! They even applied for the dig permit & everything!!! On the day of the install Mr. Hernandez & 2 of his amazing associates arrived early & finished the project in literally 3 hours! Everything about this process was perfect!! The initial video phone appt to go over options and costs was super easy and a breeze to complete that part. Then I received the contract via email to read & approve the pending project. Once approved, I got a 2nd link to set up payment (which they don't collect until job is done and I approve through another easy link at the very end). They set appt for a 2 day job and then finished in 1 day. Wall topper is gorgeous and all my neighbors love it. Then they came back out to stain & seal which (was a 2nd separate project) and now my wall will last and last and maintain it's natural beauty.
