It's a small place and I was the only woman there which seemed to give slight pause to those when I entered. Anyway, they didn't have any lentil soup on the heavily meat-based menu so I ordered the kuku- veg omelet with spinach, coriander, spring onion and dill served with bread and yogurt. The bread, yogurt, a pickled cabbage and a salsa of some sort was actually put on the table prior to the omelet. The bread was cold and not very tasteful but decent enough dipped in the yogurt. The omelet arrived soon after, fresh off the grill and was a good size that filled me up. It was chock full of spinach which was a pleasant surprise. Tastewise, it was as a decent omelet should taste. I got a baklava and a small, crescent-shaped pastry with walnuts for takeaway and whilst it wasn't the best thing I've ever had, it was tasty enough. The baklava was dense and had a lovely honey taste. The omelet (and bread) was only £7.95 but my bill came to £13.95 with the two desserts which I think is a bit much.

Even the bread was ehh. Not going to list the dishes but they all were not that tasty and possibly not made by a Russian cook. Notice, I didn't even use the word "chef" which is what this type of restaurant ought to have. A MAJOR disappointment and an expensive one at that. Don't do this.
