Absolutely deplorable in every single aspect. Disgusting rooms, molding walls, broken doors cabinets and equipment, the cleaning staff does not clean and they steal your deposit from you on top of all that, then have the audacity to act like you're stupid for calling out their deeds. I was in contact with neighbors in the same street who were also renting under Erasmus Palace and they had a literal hole in the ceiling from which worms and bugs were falling like a literal nightmare scenario. They also encourage to pay the overpriced rent in cash, so that the landlord could "miscount" the total and say you still owe money. Criminal. Do not give these people any of your hard earned money. DO NOT rent with this company. I could give you a million reasons why, but here is a few: 1. You will experience problems and they will not help you solve them. For example, we had bed bugs and the apartment across from us (also Erasmus palace owned) had maggots. 2. I was one of the first to move in to the apartment and I found mold many places, everything was dirty and I had to clean the whole apartment. 3. You pay for cleaning, but the cleaning lady doesn't actually clean 4. They bind you with a contract, so lets say that you for example want to move out because you don't wanna live anywhere with bedbugs.. well, you can't! I could go on and on, but the point is you are better served with anything else!! read more

If I could give -1 million stars it would be too much. The rent is too much but it's oke, a lot of companies ask for lot of money and give shit quality back. But this companies will fine you if you break your own dishes! Amazing right? Our bathrooms were full of mold and they never fixed it. Oh, we had to pay a deposit of 150 and we never got it back because we "broke" stuff. The flat was already a shitty quality and didn't break anything of "Erasmus Palace". So think twice if you want to rent something of Luis Pulido Garcia Gf or Miguel Melo Ramos. read more
