The problem lies in the fact that it is a USPS and UPS drop off. I'm not exactly sure how the mixup occurs but I often have my UPS packages taken by the USPS pick up. Then the package goes MIA for a few days, but normally will find its way to a UPS store. Up until recently, I have only had one package go completely missing, but at least I was able to file a claim because the store scanned in my package. Each time this has happened the store has not been very helpful but one time they did look at the camera footage and found out that USPS took the UPS package. Now I've had a package go missing for coming up on two weeks and the store is refusing to help. I cannot get a call back from the manager/owner. I cannot file a claim because they never scanned the package in. I'm leaving this review in hopes that the owner will actually take it seriously and reach out to me. I've left my information several times at the store with no call back. I highly recommend you find another UPS store or drop off at the post office directly. They flat out admitted to me that this is an ongoing problem and that they've had multiple issues with this. You would think that they would have fixed the problem by now.
