Ryan; the agent from Uplift - contacted me in the beginning of my process and continued to follow up even while knowing I had my realtor - closing date and all. Once the first deal fell through I reached out and he was prompt to go over my options again and laid out different & unique strategies to avoid foreclosing on my home and to help me with the solar panel system lien. The closing (2nd time around) with Uplift was fairly quick and all of the things that were promised - were all met. At first, I was real skeptical on working with an investment group - as I have experienced the scams first hand. After all of my due-diligence in verifying; I have been pleasantly surprised with the process. I felt that they could have done better with management expectations when it came to dates; although I know that some things happen and are out of their control; there were things that; if laid out with an open expectation - would cause less panic or stress in a VERY highly stressful situation. I would recommend using them - if you're not in the best place financially and feel as if the walls are closing in around you. They offered unique strategies that work. They definitely showed me the light at the end of the tunnel and helped me get to it.

I believe I had recieved a gift certificate from for a free custom facial. I thought oh I'll go get a free facial to make this hormonal acne feel better. Then go back to where I was going. No way I would drive so far. I was in a lot of pain. I seriously was so grateful I worked from home as I would ice my face while I would work. I wanted to put a bag over my head. I was so embarrassed. My sweet and experienced esthetician Stacie told me I might be a candidate for an acne facial. I thought ok. Jennifer at the front verified my insurance and for many of my facials it was covered by my health insurance. I have been consistent with medication, supplements, acne facial monthly paid by my insurance, as I ran out of my own skin care products I replaced with whatever they recommended. I used medical grade products prior to the last year and half when I ran out and didn't stock back up. My poor skin was out of control. Everything they have recommend has worked. I will say I'm a little sensitive to chemical peels and even though I do them just not as often. So if you are suffering from hormonal or teen acne I highly recommend Davida. If you wanting to feel more youthful or wonder how I do it. Than you will want to stock up on products and bank for a procedure depending on their recommendations. The needles in my face do not really hurt. I'm used to it I think from previous experience and dry needling. Filler & neurotoxin- beginning of Dec. My mom went into the spa to start the check in process. I asked the front desk attendant if I could add additional services and was told that the therapist would coordinate the extra services for me. We officially was taken to the back around 11:10. An attendant tried giving us a quick tour and we went to get undressed for the massages. The therapists quickly met us at the waiting room and took us back. When I entered the room I told Jennifer what areas I wanted to focus on and asked about a facial. She said she will have to check. She walked out the room and I waited for about 5 minutes. When she returns she tells me I cannot get a facial until 4p and I declined the service. She then proceeds to place a Bluetooth radio on the table by my head, it was playing faucet water sounds. I thought it was weird but I went along with it. She started the massage and I the whole time I was thinking "is she touching me?!". She literally poked my back, rubbed my left arm, applied foot scrub on my feet, wiped it off and we were done! I was like What The ENTIRE Fuck?!?! I put my robe on and went to look for my mom. I was like did we schedule a 30 minute or an hour? The rest of our party was there and confirmed it was for 50 minutes. I was livid!! So I assumed it was cut short due to us arriving late and then being busy I understand that. So when we went to the counter to pay they wanted to charge us for a full 50 minutes massage. I refused to pay for a shitty 30 minutes massage at the 50 minute rate. I requested to pay the 30 minute rate. I was accommodated with the proper rate. I was just so disappointed. I feel like I just gave Jennifer/ Eilan to waste an "hour" of my Mother's Day. Thank God valet was free. Definitely won't return.
