We called again to confirm that we would be coming to get the units on Friday the 30th and they again confirmed our reservation #211291885 for $778.00. Before we left to pick them up - we got a call from United that they had given the units to someone else and that we could get them in 2 weeks. Totally unprofessional and a crappy company that would do that. We ended up scrounging around and found 1 small dehumidifier that we purchased and set in up in the house - it's not even large enough to do one room.
