I love to bring local contactors into this project and have met amazingly honest people such as Arkansas Drain and Foundation, Salter Plumbing, Top Notch Roofing, Martin Footprints Flooring, Roundabout Cleaning Services, and many other local establishments that take care with this old girl of mine. I hired local Wolverine Roofing and Solar in 2022 for a full roof replacement including upgrades to slope a flat portion, install architectural shingles, and a seperate contract for subcontracted new gutters after the roof was installed and paid. I paid the roofing contract in full, over $34,000 -- received a Certificate of Completion and a paid in full invoice for the roofing work from Wolverine. Shortly after install, I noticed a gap left in the roofline that allowed varmints into my attic. I also reported that two windows were broken during installation (pointed out to the project manager at time installation) and that the newly installed gutter on the flat section was placed too high, causing drainage issues. It took 8 months of follow-up, multiple calls, and threats of legal action to get the company to respond. The gutter on the flat/pitched portion of the roof was installed too high, Mr. Vaprezsan himself acknowledged over a year ago, stating it caused water backup and should be corrected. Only after further escalation and on-site assessment with another contractor on site, did they properly repair the gap and replace the windows. When they did come, they initially performed a subpar patch job on the roofline. After pushing them hard on the quality of the "repair" did they finally come and correct for a second time. However, the gutter issue was never addressed -- and now the pitched flat roof section is leaking into my home, damaging my historic beadboard ceilings. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Wolverine Roofing and Solar failed to respond until I filed a formal complaint with BBB. When I filed a BBB complaint, they responded by falsely claiming I didn't pay -- despite their own invoice for the roofing work stating my balance was $0. I did reserve payment for separate sub-contracted gutter work until the corrective actions promised by Mr. Vaprezsan were completed. Looking into other reviews, I've found this kind of response pattern is not unique to me. This company and owner have not upheld their workmanship warranty and failed to take accountability. Rather than addressing the leak and warranty claim, Wolverine Roofing has responded to my BBB complaint with an unfounded accusations and personal attacks. Looking into other reviews, I've found this kind of response pattern is not unique to me. I hoped to resolve this in good faith and expectation that Mr. Vaprezsan would honor his word and contractual agreements. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your roofing needs. I would strongly caution anyone considering Wolverine.

We were having a somewhat large 20k dollar job done which included doors, siding, and a covered porch put up. Everything started off well. The salesman came out helped us make choices and everything went according to plan...in the beginning. We were told they would come out and paint everything before the siding went up that way they would not damage the siding. This never happened. I had to go up to the office to request this to be taken care of because no one would respond to my calls questioning this. Our door that was ordered was ordered backwards, and when pointed out the contractor basically shrugged his shoulders. Now I have to open my door, then close it to turn on the lights to the outside. The trim around the door was damaged and then reinstalled leaving huge cracks around the door. I contacted the salesman and he stated he could fix it. Guess what, it never happened. We were worried about water damage before we began and the salesperson stated he budgeted extra for the damage. We were then told there was no water damage and only small fixes were required, but we were billed the total amount. The trim pieces on the house are not level and when you point it out to others, they will state "wow, that is all I can see now". The back patio cover has vast amounts of silicone on it, when I showed the salesperson, who for all intents and purposes I would consider the project manager, just shrugged his shoulders and said, "yeah, that is a lot." We ordered special lights for the house, through another company, and Windows and More said they can hang them. They put them onto too small of light mounts and they look like they are leaning. We ordered a storm door for the front of the house, and we really liked how the front door turned out. We then thought about using the door in the back of the house but it would not fit as it was the wrong size. The sales man said he could take it and sell it and we could order a different door for the back of the house. He did say it would take a while, but here we are 6 months after the fact and I've heard nothing from anyone, after all they did receive the final payment. Also, in the front they took off my doorbell and never replaced it. They left two exposed wires out there in which my nephew and son began touching them together and burnt up my doorbell. After the job has been completed, I still have two exposed wires out there that I guess I'm going to have to take care of. In the end, my house does look better than it did before we started. People do say they like it until they start looking at the fine details. People like the design and colors, which my wife and I came up with. This is a completely average company, who can do basic stuff and does not communicate well or follow through with what they say. They are one of the more expensive companies as they market themselves as being a good contractor, with a good product. They do in fact have a good product, it just looks like a DIY person put it up after watching some YouTube videos. I would have much rather paid an extra 10k for a different company who has a superior product and stands behind his craftsmanship. Windows and more will sell you a quality product with a Lowes type installation and charge you high end craftsmanship prices. Craftsmanship and "Windows and More" should not be used in the same sentence. I would highly suggest to anyone out there to not make the final payment until everything has been fixed to your satisfaction. Don't be a dope like me and trust Windows and More will keep their word and has any amount of honor to the things they say they will do.
