When Poppy's Irrigation crew arrived, they found that the contractor had cut through the main irrigation line of my sprinkler system and destroyed a rotor. They replaced them at a reasonable cost I submitted the invoice and their explanatory email to my contractor and was reimbursed for the cost of repairs. Prior to last year's tornado I had hired Poppy irrigation system to perform sprinkler system maintenance. They reconnected the RPZ valve and checked each sprinkler head to ensure that there were no broken parts, and that they were appropriately positioned. I would recommend them.

I had a leak in the drain from the washer and dryer in the kitchen so it was gray water. It's not a…read morebig leak, but it was a leak and was starting to smell under the house so I called one plumbing company and they were real busy for at least a week and I called Ray Lusk and they could be there in 30 minutes and they were and he looked at it. He took pictures. He took a video. I knew exactly what they were gonna do he said OK let me make a phone call. See how much they wanna charge you came back. This is not a big deal. It was cutting out cast-iron and putting in PVC in place so at the most maybe a two hour job at the most he came back with almost a $2000 bill which was outrageous. I couldn't believe it. I said well you know I can't afford that. I guess I'll just have to put up with it so he left. He came back with a $1200 bill and I said no I'm not doing that either. He finally came back one more time with $1000 at the most they should've called $600. It was a $15 stick. It was a 10 foot stick of 3 inch PVC I looked it up no excuse me 2 inch PVC I looked it up. It cost $15. I did it because I didn't have any choice. I needed it done that day because I was going back to work and I didn't know if there would be another plumber available. Someone had paid the money, but that is outrageous. That is outrageous that is thievery that they would even think that I would be that stupid to believe that it cost that much it's outrageous and I'll never call them back again. If I have time to get somebody else, I will not the job was top quality you ain't gonna have to worry about they did. He did a great job. He showed me pictures, but to me that was just an insult.
