Great company! They were professional, timely, explained the plan in writing, and finished in one day. Very fair pricing.

They did an awesome job on my flower beds. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing lawn services.

I paid Beau half up front on 8/5/2015 and was told they would start on the following Monday. They started a week and a half later and did not show up every day and didn't stay more than a few hours except for maybe 3 days. There were only 2 employees and they often had to do lawn maintenance instead of working at my house. One employee quit in the middle of the job. The first time I tried the driveway my car became stuck in the rocks. Beau blamed me for choosing the wrong rocks. I chose one of the 3 options I was given. I tried to fire him because nothing else was completed. He said it was an open-ended contract and he could take as long as he wanted. It was finally completed on 10/2 and he's trying to charge me $700 more than on the contract. If he wants to sue me, fine, I've documented every time I tried to get them out here and how long they stayed. I would warn anyone to not deal with them.

I would advise NOT using this company. They charged me over $3,000 for landscape work in August,…read moreand now I just wish I had my old yard back. Half of what they planted died; I was never given a plan or even a list of plants to be planted; I came home to find them ripping up healthy monkey grass that bordered my walkway and, weirdly, replacing it with a few pieces of sod (this was never discussed and looks ridiculous); the plants that were planted were not suitable for the location, and there wasn't enough soil applied. After repeated calls and emails, I could never get any response. Also, I made certain requests at the outset--for specific plants--that were completely ignored. Am very unhappy with the results and would not use them again.

The company brags about how great they are and doesn't back it up with action and results 4. The company doesn't get back to its customers in a timely fashion 5. The company says they will be on your property to do the work, but doesn't show up when they say they will Last year I hired Arbor Landscapes to remove several nandina bushes so that I could plant azaleas the following spring. I made a point to tell them that I had already tried to remove them myself but couldn't because of the roots and root balls. This spring as I was digging holes for the azaleas, I found that there would be no way to plant the azaleas because I kept hitting nandina roots. Before I even started digging, I knew the roots were there because there were a ton of little nandinas coming up. I decided that since I paid so much money to have the nandina bushes and root balls removed... yet they weren't removed, that I should call the company to let them know my concerns. When I did call, I spoke with Eric. Eric was the person I had coordinated with last year and showed him everything that I wanted taken care of in my yard. I began by telling him who I was and what the problem was. He then began to question me... questions like... are you digging in the same place as the nandinas had been originally? (my answer: yes) Are you sure that they are the same bushes? (yes... they are in the same beds where your workers were digging last year... by the way, I didn't say this next part... the beds are surrounded by concrete so the new growth couldn't have come from anywhere else...) Why didn't you say something to me last year? (because I didn't start planting my azaleas until this spring... I didn't think I needed to dig around in the flower bed after they were through with their work... I was trusting that they did what I paid them to do... maybe I should have watched your workers last year as they were supposedly digging them out...). At this point, after many, many more questions from Eric, I felt like he was basically telling me that I was lying to him and didn't know what I was talking about. He was also refusing to listen to me and was getting ruder and ruder to me by the minute. I could give you more examples of what happened, but my whole point of writing this review is to let people know that Arbor Landscapes is NOT a company that listens to their customers and works hard to make things right. Instead, they would rather toot their own horn about how great they are and blame you for what is wrong. Many times Eric has told me what an expert sprinkler installer and planner he is. I don't want to hear about what an expert he is... I want results... not talk. I have also found that they are notorious for not getting back to the customer in a timely manner. I had asked the company to help me do some landscaping in my backyard and after several attempts at calling the company and leaving several messages over a 6 week period of time, I finally gave up on them because they wouldn't return my calls. So... to wrap things up: 1. The company doesn't listen to their customers 2. The company doesn't correct their wrongs, instead they would rather blame the customer for what they have done wrong 3. The company brags about how great they are and doesn't back it up with action and results 4. The company doesn't get back to its customers in a timely fashion 5. The company says they will be on your property to do the work, but doesn't show up when they say they will I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend. After giving them many opportunities to work for me, I have decided that I will never ask them to do another landscaping job for me.
