I called to inquire about starting PT for a spinal fracture…read more The receptionist said no problem, but they are booking out 1-2 months. I said that's fine, I'm happy to wait. She then said she had some questions for me prior to booking: 1) "Is your injury due to a mobile vehicle accident and are lawyers involved?" and 2) "Is your injury due to a workplace accident?" I answered no to both questions, and she replied that they aren't actually booking new clients. Such is the state of healthcare in the US. If you aren't part of the solution, you're part of the problem. So much for wellness.

Each time I have called the receptionist has been incredibly short with responses and shows no compassion for your situation. Today after she was done telling me that they wouldn't even consider scheduling him until the end of February she said, "and I'll need all of his reports from the doctors and I'll need to see your insurance card too." Which is a normal request, but the sarcastic and demeaning tone was disingenuous. I then asked how I should get her the insurance information and she snapped back with, "your doctor has it right? Have them send it too." I was so taken aback with the way she responded I decided to keep calling around. I found another place who will actually to listen to you, instead of cutting you off, and actually wants to help you. Listening is everything. In a small community word of mouth gets around. Whoever answers your calls is heartless and shameful and they're giving your business a bad reputation.

I regret to have written an angry review about Vector and pool therapist, Tim Braten. It was a…read moremistake. Except for these two occasions Tim has been great! For years he has created devices that help my hand arthritis. I have enjoyed conversing with him. all these times he was very nice to me. Except for that one Tues. at the beginning of the month when he got angry when I expressed my opposing opinion of the Covid pandemic scare; and three weeks later, after the pool had been fixed, when I thought I should be very careful to wear mask and shield the way he [and Vector] required. I was very surprised when the phone call from Tim told me that I had been "non-compliant"! And that I was being discharged! It was a few days later, that still hurting, I wrote my first angry review. I still don't know what I did that day, which still puzzles me, BUT I am sorry to have written my review about Tim Braten. AS I said, "Except for these two occasions, Tim has been great!" The enormous number of times he has been a great therapist [ 5-five stars!) and enjoyable to talk to, far outweigh two bad days. Therefore, I am amending my first Yelp review!

This review is actually about the office staff. I only went to Vector about 3 or 4 times before I…read morefound I out my insurance paid more if I went some place else, so I didn't see the physical therapists enough to write an accurate review. I called the other day because I found out they never billed my secondary insurance. The call started out nice enough & I was put on hold while the woman looked up my info. When she came back on she told me (kind of aggressively) that I didn't give her the info & they had sent me bills that I had never responded to. I (politely) let her know that I DID give them the info & I only got the one bill otherwise I would have responded sooner. Regardless, I need my secondary billed & can I just give her the info so they can do it? She completely ignored the fact that I wanted to give her my info (so they could get paid) & proceeded to berate me & say there was no way I gave them the info & yes I did get the bills. I am organized, almost to the point of being obessive & I stay on top of my bills. I know what info I did give & what mail I recieved & I don't need some rude woman telling me otherwise because, like most people, I find it very insulting. I started getting defensive and told her again, that I did give them the info & I didn't recieve the bills. She interrupted me & kept telling me I didn't & kept trying to argue with me about it. At that point, I admit, lost my patience & yelled at her to just take the damn info which she finally did. Then she started going on again about how I didn't give her the info & how she had to do all this work now to submit it. I interrupted her & yelled at her was there anything else she needed to submit the damn claim or was that all? She mockingly laughed & said thank you, then hung up on me. She didn't even give me a chance to ask for her name or get a ref#. Which I wanted, since I highly doubt she will actually do anything & I really wanted some proof that I had called & gave them all the info they needed. This woman's attitude ensured that I will never return here & ruined the reputation of Vector (at least in my mind). I will also tell everyone I know not to come here. I was intially very polite & I was annoyed, but not upset they didn't have the insurance info. This woman made a mountain out of a mole hill & she could've handled the situation completely different with very different results, but she didn't. I hope anyone considering going to this office will read my review (despite how long it is) & reconsider.
