It is a great club for kids to start running, and to develop great skills about long distance running.

All members supported me and encouraged to stay. I see progress in my speaking skills with every meeting. The main idea of this particular club - no topic is taboo. I like this very much because we can discuss a lot of topic and listen other other points of view.

I have been to other toastmaster clubs and this one by far is one of the best...if not THE best in…read morethe area. Here are a couple of things that really made this club special. 1st thing is that everyone is so welcoming. The very first time I visited this club I felt extremely welcomed. 2nd thing is that this club is not afraid to talk about any topic. They really live by their motto "No topic is taboo" because I heard speeches and talks on very controversial topics such as politics, religion, and sex to name a few. What is remarkable though is how everyone is so respectful of other people's opinion that the club really creates a safe space to talk about anything. 3rd thing is that the members are very diverse from age, race, gender, occupation, family, recreation. There are young 25 yr olds all the way to 65+ both male and female that are engineers, sales, c level executives, students, entrepreneurs, single, married, kids, no kids, as wells as people from all the continents (except Antarctica...nobody really lives there). If anything just visit the club and see what it's all about.

OC Craft Runners was established in 2015 and is Orange County's longest-running weekly run around a…read morebrewery. Every Monday at 7, the Organizers host a run that begins and ends at a great local brewery. It's usually a 5k and the course is typically in a rectangle around many streets, so those wanting to do a shorter run can cut it shorter by taking an earlier turn. Here's how it goes. Many people of all shapes, sizes and running abilities, some with dogs, some with kids, some by themselves and some with larger subgroups all gather at whatever brewery the run is planned at. How do they find out about it? They see the venue and usually the planned running course on Instagram. So all these people show up and then the Organizers make a couple announcements/comments on the route. Then we all take a group picture and we're off. The energy is palpable and the vibe is amazing. You run as part of a pack, but everyone settles into whatever pace is right for them and the clump of runners spread out as time passes. Everyone is SO nice and neighbors in the area tend to smile when they see 100+ people running happily down the road. When the run is done, most everyone orders a beer and/or food. You definitely don't have to drink, but a craft beer tastes really good after a nice 5k. This group also does a smaller run on Thursdays. I hear they are often a trail run but I've never been to one. We've been on 2 runs with OC Craft Runners and LOVE everything about it. The runners are so kind and welcoming. The energy is infectious. And we loved bringing our son, who ran the first mile with us and then climbed in his stroller to get pushed the rest of the way. We would go every week, but 7pm is tough now that school has started. We will definitely be back!

I asked if she knew where the nearest restroom would be - before I could finish my sentence a bouncer was aggressively shoving me and telling me to leave- enough so to where I almost fell, could've hit my head on the stairs behind me. I was shocked and I asked him to stop, I wasn't doing anything I was happy to leave. But again before I could finish he aggressively shoved me two more times. This isn't legal. I work at an establishment close by and we were just grabbing street tacos after work, and didn't mind leaving when asked but there was an abuse of force. I'm 5'2" and this man was definitely 6'2"+ and atleast 2 times the size of me. Another bouncer realized this man was being aggressive and stood in between us, and asked me to start heading out. I was in shock and started to do so, reminding them that I hadn't done anything wrong and there's no way it's ok to shove or push somebody who is complying. I hadn't been in the building longer than 5 minutes before all of this happened. Another bouncer came - he looked like he was the manager and it seemed like they knew they had done something wrong but said "it was their job". I was exhausted- I feel traumatized I am never going back and I would never recommend any person to ever step into this building ever again.

I called a week in advance to ask if there was food available while i was playing music (totally willing to pay for it). They said absolutely. However, Even though i was willing to pay, THEY REFUSED to give me any food after being there 3 1/2 hours. (I would've brought my lunch had i known). Something about, "all members needing to eat first" ??. I only had 20 min more to play, and asked again and they still refused - even tho the BBQ cooks outside were all laughing, playing grab ass and talking to each other (serving no one !!!) The very serious and uncaring Manager was rude and uncaring. The members on the other hand were awesome and happy, and coming up and complimenting and grabbing my card. Again, this review won't matter to anyone (except musicians be ware !!). If SACC cares at all about their south county reputation, then little character flaws like this will add up. "However you treat the least of my brothers, is how you treat me."
