It took almost a year to get the plan approved and we had to threaten to get a lawyer for him to complete it. The county reviewer actually called me direct to console me about what he was not willing to change on the plans after they sent him a sample of what it needed to look like. he continued to claim he was right and the county was wrong. I even called other engineers and they did not under stand why it could not be fixed to the counties liking. Being in construction for 40 years I know that the grade around the house should not be 4" higher than the finish floor but he would not listen. I beg you all to look for another engineer and not waste your time here. you will be sorry.would give zero stars if I could.
