I, of course, ordered a siding that was in high demand so there was a slight delay in S&W getting the siding but once they got everything in, they worked non-stop until the job was done. My house was built in 1930 so there were some challenges, but Mark, Toby, and crew tackled them with no problem. Mine was a small job compared to others they've done. I was still treated like my home was a much larger job. Communication was always open. I never didn't know what was next. I absolutely would recommend S&W Plus. Last year 2021 there was water leaking into the dining room. S & W came out, did not even come to the door to let us know they were there. One of the guys just peeked in the window to see where the dining room was. Before I knew it, they were loading up and leaving. I walked outside and asked if everything was fixed which they said yes it was. Now again, It is leaking in my dining room about 4 feet from where the prior leak was. The woman who answered the phone had the nerve to blame it on our siding which is not the case. She is also extremely rude and not helpful. Regardless, I have called at least 10 times over the past 3 weeks trying to get someone to come take a look at this leak. Never had a call back from S&W. When I do call the same woman just regurgitates the statement every time, you're on the board. No indication of when they will come out, etc. So in the meantime, when it rains hard my floor is being damaged. I would not recommend this company for anything at all. It's a lot of money to spend for a new roof to not only have it leaking twice and then not being able to get help from anyone there.

This guys were absolutely amazing. They cut down A HUUUGE tree...can't recall if it was an oak…read moreor maple--work was done in Oct. of 2018--then another full tree, and "trimmed" two others. I say "trimmed" bcuz the "leads"--as they're properly called in Forestry (I did not know this)--were as large as MOST TREES. The guys worked their butts off: Started around 8:30-9 on a Saturday am and ended up finishing around 7p on Sunday night. Now here's the kicker: When they were done with all the cutting/loading of wood/brush--and I mean they took EV. RY. SINGLE STICK--the owner went around with a leaf blower and basically cleaned my entire yard. We had an old pile of decrepit wood that they took as well. And oh, btw: they ground every stump, INCLUDING A BONUS ONE FR A TREE THAT I'D CUT DOWN PREVIOUSLY. I'm sure with the state of the world, their prices have climbed commensurate with inflation, but at the time, they did allllll the work I'd mentioned for $4500. I was thoroughly impressed & astounded. I BELIEVE "the son" has taken over the business now, but my lord, was I ever impressed with this company.
