This company was a subcontractor on a job. No one knew what they were doing. Zero communication…read morewith me regarding what needed to be done, and correctly. Sent a crew out on a Sunday to repair something that wasn't broken, advised not to test equipment before concrete poured. Turned out they created a problem that didn't exist. Wanted to send same crew to fix. LOL. Did not replace new lawn on total area they tore up. Don't know yet if they put fertilizer on, or if they used the correct grass seed. Last time, Weeds were planted. Took 5 years to get grass growing again. Put markers where sprinklers weren't and left sprinklers unmarked in the area they were working. Tried to fix a broken line, by putting a sprinkler head where there wasn't one originally, and would water the sidewalk. Not too bright. Supervisor would leave my location to deal with another site, didn't supervise much. All of their errors were avoidable, by paying attention. Crews too busy smoking, drinking coffee for 30 minutes rather than pay attention to the job they are being paid to do.
