I absolutely love everything about this studio. I live near several different yoga studios and this…read moreis my absolute favorite studio. They just did a complete renovation of their store front and have many different options of yoga gear and accessories (Manduka, LuLuLemon, Alo, Spiritual Gangsta, etc.) As for classes, there are so many different options and something for every type of yoga. Pricing they offer student/teacher discounts and and community teacher classes for just $6. There are classes available for the brand new yogi all the way to the most advanced yogi. They offer prenatal yoga classes which is so hard to find in this area as well as kid's yoga, teen yoga, and family yoga. The first time I walked into the studio, I was a newer yogi trying to find a place to deepen my practice instead of the gym that I was a member of. I was planning to shop around at many different studios but after my first class I was absolute hooked. They offer a wonderful 2-weeks of unlimited yoga for $25 that gives you the chance to try out as many classes as you want during that time. Give it a try! You won't regret it!

First ever hot yoga class -- tried a free class with instructor, Jackie, during Open House. Didn't…read morereally know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of booking, free parking deck around the corner, friendly greeting upon arrival; I was shown around after check-in and felt welcome and encouraged throughout the class. Jackie explained at the beginning how the hot yoga works and that helped my anxiety about how it would go. Worked to the best of my ability and sweated my ass off but in a good way . The cold towels distributed at the end of class was {chef's kiss}. Will definitely return to this studio. It is very beautiful and clean and aesthetically what you would expect; nice boutique in the lobby.

As someone who attempts a daily practice and travels a lot Ember is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into a beautiful, grounded community. The space is clean, calm, and thoughtfully maintained, with excellent heat that supports a strong and focused practice. The teachers are exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly well-versed in the 26&2 sequence, offering clarity, confidence, and care throughout class. I'm so grateful I found Ember online and even more grateful for the experience I had there. If you're looking for a studio that honors the practice, the body, and community, Ember Hot Yoga is something special.

I came on Sunday morning with ClassPass to the 8:30am Hot Hip Opener…read more Clean, airy and plenty of sunshine, this studio has a non-pretentious welcoming atmosphere. This particular class is ninety-five degrees (just enough to be cozy without being suffocating) and open to all levels. My hamstring and hips are super duper tight so I struggled to hold some of the poses, but the teacher (I forgot her name but she was great) always offered modifications to make the poses either easier or more challenging. She explained in detail how to perfect alignment, which muscles are targeted and the specific areas we should feel the stretch (for me: Every area. Every time. Didn't take much.) I used blocks and a strap, and the poses were held long enough to get the benefit of the stretch and then move on. (I get very antsy and aggravated when teachers sometimes get lost in instructing another student and forget the rest of the class is patiently waiting to move into the next asana!) I think she gauged the abilities of the people in the room and adjusted the stretch accordingly, especially on very intense, demanding poses. I walked away feeling less tight and decompressed. I will be back and recommend this class to anyone struggling with tight hips/hamstrings! Other notes: -The music played during class was good. -There is plenty of parking. -I really like the flooring, it has a little "give" instead of being rock hard like some places. -The girl at the front desk was super nice, she let me borrow a cup to bring water into the studio.

I've visited a lot of yoga studios across the country and this one is pretty good! The ladies that…read morecheck you in are very friendly and I had no issues with customer service or cleanliness. They also have a lot of classes available which I really appreciated! Nothing is worse than a studio that only offers one (or zero) hot flow classes each evening. The heating of the studio is good, I can get my sweat and detox on. Some studios are luke warm and I need to wear a hoodie to get a sweat going. Most of the instructors were great, however one was lackluster and was also in poor physical shape. Considering I only had 5 new student classes to use I wish I had that one back. I think the pricing is a bit high for me, which is why I didn't sign up for a membership. Heck, the 5 class new student package for $50 is VERY pricey considering competitors offer 30 day unlimited for new students for around $30-$50.
