I had a good appointment and blood and stool samples were sent for testing. But, reports were not seen by the doctor and follow up appointment couldn't be made until the end of March because doctor was unavailable and the owner doesn't provide much service except to make first appointment. My protocol wasn't started until April. I had to contact the doctor and the facility many a times for second appointment which was another big payment. Six month follow-up appointment (which is supposed to be a short appt) hasn't been made yet as Dr. Naik is not available. Now, I am supposed to see another doctor and start the process all over again and have another first appointment, which means megabucks. Only time anything happened in timely fashion was to make first appointment to collect monies. In short, find another place to get the services. TERRIBLE!
