The first appointment was just X-rays and I had to come back later in the week to talk to the doctor but they were able to schedule the adjustment and the massage on the same day. When I returned for the second appointment the waiting area smelled horrible. They had some sort of air freshener or scent diffuser that was not in use on the previous visit and the smell was not pleasant. Went in for the consultation with the doctor where I was told the slight deviation in my back could lead to all sorts of terrible things. The adjustment took less than 5 minutes and I was sent back to the smelly lobby to wait for my massage appointment which I had thought was made for right after the adjustment but it was 2 hours later. I left and came back shortly before my appointment. When I returned I was informed if I wanted to come in for future adjustments I would have to pay full price out of pocket as they had checked with my insurance and they did not cover chiropractic care. While waiting, another customer came in and I was a little surprised when he was allowed to go around the counter to look at some personal pictures on the receptionist's computer screen. I guess they don't have any policies prohibiting that to protect patient privacy? The massage therapist came to get me, I had no idea what her name was as she did not greet me or introduce herself just led me to the room and told me to remove only my shirt for the massage. The massage was ok, more of just a light Swedish with multiple pauses while she stopped to use the laptop she had on a counter next to the massage table. About 20 minutes later she said she was done. I later called my insurance as I thought it was odd they did not cover chiropractic care. I was told my out-of-pocket was only 20% and they had no record of anyone contacting them for coverage on my policy. Does this office just not want to deal with insurance? Or did they expect to tell me that information in the hopes I would return and blindly pay full price for all future visits? Either way, it was very misleading to tell me I have no Chiropractic coverage at all just to get me to come back to them rather than check for a doctor that accepts my insurance

The Acupuncturist was there at 10a with his two small children. He started vacuuming the waiting area as I was sitting there ruining my desire for a quiet relaxed pre-event. As I was getting my massage the children were running up and down the hall screaming. The music in the room kept cutting out making it worse. I couldn't relax. The room next door wall was so thin I could hear everything the folks were discussing. I complained and was given a complimentary sauna on my next visit. I asked about using my health insurance. They notified me that I could in fact use it and I made an appointment. I arrived only to be asked if I'd seen the Chiropractor first. They couldn't bill my insurance without that being done first. No one told me I'd have to do that and pay an additional fee of course. I was offered a massage at the full price not my insurance price. I was so frustrated I left. Felt like a bait and switch to me. Sure tell me one thing and then hit me up for more money after I get there. Never going back. Highly disappointed with this facility. Bad business. Should have given me the massage for the insurance price with another appt set with the chiropractor later. Never going back. Too bad. The Zen/relaxed experience I desired never happened. Before my visit with Dr. Saadeh, many doctors along the way had diagnosed me with everything from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to IBS and even Tuberculosis for a moment! All that was ever offered was a regiment of daily drugs and it just seemed that there was a better solution than constant medication for someone under the age of 30! My first exam with Dr. Saadeh was an extremely thorough 60 minutes. She asked a lot of questions and very clearly listened to me. She performed a variety of exams I had never experienced before and sent me home with two supplements, a medley of homework, some significant diet changes and the recommendation for some blood tests through her office. By my 2nd visit my symptoms of constant heart burn and night sweats had already disappeared. At this visit she did do some physical adjustments as well as she is a Chiropractor and a Naturopath. Her technique was very calming and she explains everything in detail. After less than a year of seeing her my internal/digestive issues have not returned. My energy and focus is awesome and all together i feel great. Also just to mention in May i suffered some severe whiplash at 6 flags (blaming the wood coasters here!). My left shoulder was horrifically and almost hilariously out of line with the right. Sharon the massage therapist, Dr. Saadeh and 3 quick Laser treatments had me seriously back to turning my head in the direction of my choosing in a week. My partner started seeing Dr. Saadeh and Sharon as well and has had excellent results. Did you know you could have your diaphragm released and it feels amazing? Inside the office is a myriad of organic products and oils, and there are quite a few interesting services like an infrared sauna and hyperbaric chamber that i have yet to try out. There are 4 people total on staff there and i swear after just one visit they already knew me by name. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place for anyone, especially those disillusioned with their current healthcare.
