When you're calling a medical office regarding your child, the LAST thing you should encounter is someone who makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them simply by asking for help. Based on this interaction alone, I would never feel comfortable having my daughter seen at this office, and I will not be giving this office my business. First impressions matter. Whoever answers your phone is representing your entire practice, and Jessica's behavior gave me absolutely no confidence in this office or the way patients and families are treated. I was placed on a regimen of five protein drinks per day plus numerous drugs. About two weeks into the procedure I began to develop severe pains in my legs and my feet.
