I was referred to Dr. Kadyke by three different neighbors, so I called yesterday for an appointment. I was looking for a new dermatologist since mine retired. I couldn't get an appointment with her until mid July, which I went ahead and booked. I don't mind because that means she's in demand... a good sign. However, I have a couple of spots I wanted looked at right away and when I mentioned that to the receptionist she immediately scheduled me for an appointment for the following morning (today) with the nurse practitioner! How awesome is that?! This office has fantastic Covid precautions in place. They have signs out in the parking spaces with a phone number asking you to call upon arrival to check in. Once you are called into the office (mask wearing is requested), you are given an iPad to enter your information as a new patient. I was even able to take photos of the front and back of my insurance card and ID for them through their system. The office is very updated not only in decor, but technology as well. Immediately upon handing in the iPad, a nurse came to take me back to an exam room and the nurse practitioner came in right behind her. The exam was thorough and wasn't rushed. Check out was very easy as well and all of the staff were super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dermatology office because I have had great interactions both on the phone and in person and find them to be responsive, helpful, professional and friendly. An all around fantastic experience. While I was filling out my paperwork on the iPad, I also observed at least five or six other people coming in for their appointments and they were all immediately taken back to exam rooms with very minimal wait time. I should also mention, I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment and they were very kind to me and made it seem like it was not a big deal at all. I have had experiences at other doctors office where the receptionist really tries to make you feel bad for inconveniencing them by being late and I did not get that vibe from this office at all. read more

I had a spot removed from a PA. She wasn't in my room more than 5 minutes and then left. I was told I should get a call with the results. I waited 2 weeks and finally called the office. The lady that took my information said they were behind in making the result calls. Seriously...patients are waiting to hear if the growth is cancerous and they are behind calling them!!! After 3 weeks my wound is still bleeding and oozing. I called and left a message for the PA to call me. It's been 2 full days and still no call. I am not happy nor would I ever recommend them!! read more

My spouse and I have been patients of Dr. Kadyk. While we like and appreciate this doctor, their new web-based appointment system makes it all but impossible to get in to see her. We have been trying to get an appointment since May 2021. The first time we filled out the form, which states that someone will call you within 2-3 days to schedule the appointment, someone called three weeks later while my spouse was driving the car. They said they would call back but never did. We filled out the web-based form two additional times and no one has ever called. Once we filled it out as "existing patient" and it didn't recognize my spouse's info. I have thought about going in person to talk to someone at the front desk there, but have to say, it seems like they are just too busy to keep seeing loyal, long-time patients! read more

Forefront violated my HIPPA rights, is a totally unprofessional, and unethical dermatology business. I was a patient at Forefront last Feb 2020 and got my bill in May and immediately paid it. They said I owed nothing more. I had another appointment in August 2020 but since I moved out-of-state I called and told them I could not make it as I moved out of State a few days before the appointment. Today while I was going through the mortgage process I get notice that Forefront put a $130 charge on my credit report. I was so confused because they NEVER called me or EMAILED me. They never told me I owed a balance after I paid in May or called in August. I called today and the lady said they had an accounting error 7 MONTHS after my appointment and tried mailing my old address of the new amount after August (which I never authorized them to contact me via mail and it was also the old address). No one called me and no one emailed me. They violated my HIPPA rights by exposing my medical condition to a credit bureau. I will be filling a HIPPA complaint against this shady Dermatology office. Their accounting department is incompetent and unprofessional. Highly do not recommend. read more

My 14 year old daughter had an appointment today. When we get there im told that they no longer take her insurance as of 3/15. Ive had this appointment for a couple months and noone bothered to call me. My daughter takes acne medicine and has only enough pills for tomorrow And they also refused to fill it so I had time to get into see another dr. Now my daughter is not going to have the medicine she needs and was very upset that her skin issues will likely return. These people are rude and heartless! read more

I have been a patient of Forefront for several years and I used to recommend it to EVERYONE. They found a skin cancer early and treated and it has been good since. I go in every 6 months to a year for monitoring. Each time there is a lesion that needs to be removed and biopsied. I appreciated the monitoring but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, several hundred dollars for the visit, a biopsy, specimen handling, and destruction of lesion. That is after insurance. I have been paying on the bill since June of 2020 at what I could afford. After losing my job with COVID I have called several times to try to settle my bill or negotiate it down. They absolutely refuse and said they don't negotiate or settle a bill for less, no matter what circumstance. I paid what I could as long as I could with additional calls. They sent my account to collections. I can definitely tell that Forefront is more interested in the profit than the patient. I won't be returning, I will find a small private practice derm from now on. This experience has kept me from seeking treatment from them- I am way past my monitoring time frame, but I cannot afford their rates! After paying for years, this private and for profit company does not care about their patients and cannot help write off the last hundred dollars. Very sad state of affairs. I would not recommend because of their billing practices! And greed for profits! read more

I can't believe what just happened to me. I have a ganglion cyst on my wrist I called ForeFront Dermatology to try and get it removed, the lady on the phone told me they deal with those and I would be able to get it taken care of there and made me a appointment. I get there and pay $180 (my insurance doesn't kick it till the 1st of next month for my new job) I get back in the room and soon as I sit down the woman tells me "we don't deal with those here youl have to go to a orthopedic surgeon" I told them they told me they do and scheduled me a appointment and took $180 from me just to tell me they don't deal with that.... Are you kidding??? I sat there and demanded a refund and she said the district manager will "listen to the call that was made for my appointment and call me" I AM FURIOUS!!!! How are you going to schedule me a appointment for something you guys DONT DO, take $180 from me then tell me to go somewhere else!!?? THAT IS CRAZY!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I am 14 years old and I was at my appointment for my acne and the doctor told us when we got there that they no longer take the insurance that I had. I could no longer go to my appointment without paying extra cost and on top of that my mom asked the doctor if she could still fill my prescription since I only had enough pills for one day, she said no. People at school already say mean things about my acne now I'm going into high school and without my pills all my acne will return. I dont reccomend going here! They also have hour long waits even when we are there 30 mins before our appointments. read more

I had the best experience with the doctors and nurses. They came up with a plan to help my acne and keep an eye on my moles- in less than 6 months i feel completely different. My face has never looked this good! Highly highly recommend!!! read more

Will not be returning. My son has had 3 appointments over the past year. All 3 times we showed up 10-15 minutes early to check in for our appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time. The front desk staff could care less. read more

I was really shocked to read these bad reviews. I've been seeing the doctors here for at least 15 years for my recurring skin cancer issues. They are caring and compassionate. They are excellent at spotting cancers and always take time to explain things to me. I never felt rushed. Never have I waited more than 15 minutes and the reception desk is always friendly. Maybe some people just want to complain. I couldn't be happier with these doctors and their staff. read more

The doctors seem knowledgeable, but I have never had a wait shorter than an hour even with less than 3 people in the waiting room. The nursing staff is friendly, but the receptionists are rude and care more about their own conversations than talking to you politely. If there was a closer doctor to my house, I would certainly use them instead. read more

I came here in hopes of finding a solution for my acne. My first appointment with Dr. Fanderclai wasn't that great, she seemed very frantic and rushed, she also gave me directions but I couldn't read her handwriting on the paper. Thinking she was having a rough day, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I came back a second time to see the esthetician, which went surprisingly well. My third appointment I came to have my acne checked on, at this time I was wanting to try something else because I didn't feel like it was working. She did some extractions very harshly on my face, and very rushed with the tool slipping down my chin. I usually can tolerate the pain but this time was different. I left the appointment with a new topical but did not feel any better. I feel as though she may have too many patients and not enough time. I will not be returning. The receptionists are also very very rude. I understand Covid has us all on edge but this place is very unprofessional and they seemed to only want to push products on me and waste my money. read more

We visited Dermatology at Winghaven today and met AMY MINTON- who we understand is new to the practice, but not new to dermatology or nervous patients :). We absolutely LOVED her! My 12 year old was the patient...Amy was SO kind, warm and friendly - immediately putting my daughter at ease. She took her time answering all questions in a way that my daughter understood - making my daughter's comfort the priority... which put ME at ease. Based on the situation, Amy's approach to treatment was exactly what we were looking for to help us achieve the desired goal. I was so impressed - that I called the office shortly after the appointment to express my genuine appreciation with making the experience fantastic. Dr Robyn Stengel is amazing! She is very pleasant to talk with and extremely proffessional. I saw another detmatologist that diagnosed my problem incorrectly. I was very disappointed but decided to try again. That's when I saw Dr Stengel and 6 weeks later my skin is clearing up and I feel great! Not my favorite place to go. They definitely overbook people and the dermatologists seem really rushed, like they're in a hurry to get you out. What I really hate is that there is a intern with the Doctors which I don't like. I want one on one time with the Dr and not with another person who's constantly staring, it's awkward. I didn't get to see the Doctor's because I needed a referral with my insurance. They choose not to see client's that need a referral from their family doctor even though United Health Care shows them as a provider. We are in Health Care Hell. read more
