This shop is absolutely amazing! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the doctors office smell...You could tell it was very clean and sterile! I went in to get both of my third lobes and my left helix... I went back about a week later to get my right helix! A few months later, I went for my left tragus, and a few days after that my right! Mitzi pierced me every time, I think she is phenomenal! She is patient, and precise. They used individually wrapped needles, clamps, etc, every time, so you can rest-assure that you are being very well taken care of, and are in a professional shop. I am very happy with all my piercings, and will hopefully be back very soon to get my conch, daith, and rook done by her! read more

Ok first off a while ago I would have given Epic five stars but not since Nick left. Me and my hubby have went there for every single one of our tats and piercings. I loved the place. But since Nick left we have only been up there to get a lip retainer. We stood there for ten minutes waiting for somebody to come to the front and stop hitting on the clients getting work done. Cat is still there and she is a great piercer and the only person I will let poke a hole through me. We will be following Nick to the new place. He is a great artist. I walked in on a Sunday, and after showing the artist, Nate, what I wanted, he drew up his own version which was exactly what I wanted. One of the employees knew immediately what to do and put in a new nose ring, listing in detail what she needed to do in order to keep it clean. Cat did my piercings in my ears. I had them pierced a few times but never with a needle and a hoop. She explained the reason hoops worked better. She was honest that since I had scar tissue from previous piercings (they were surgically removed because of the jewlery having nickel and allergic reactions) that it would pinch more than normal. My 13 yr old went with and sat in the room the whole time and watched. Cat was very professional and did a great job. I asked questions and she answered them. I did my research prior to going. No appointment necessary I went on a Saturday in late afternoon. Shop was clean and the artists there at the time were very friendly. I would definitley recommend Cat for piercings. She only does piercings so being specialized in just that alone is awesome. And it was $40 for the piercings and jewlery total which is great. I am about 3 weeks out and no real issues....other than I caught my finger in the hoop and the ball came off and it's now lost but that was my fault. I can just replace the ball and continue on. Descent job I've gotten two tattoos here and the work is worth every bit of what you pay!

I had a Gish piercing done and it was done poorly. Much too low and the piercing was too small a gauge. The piercer was cold but got the job done. The captive bead came off my piercing a few days later and the piercing came out. I returned several times and only one piercer does pubic piercings and once I came in on a day she was working she showed no concern for the fact I would have to be re-pierced. Several of the staff are downright nasty and rude. Do not go here if you expect any kind of customer service or just simple civility. Clearly several of the staff simply don't give a f*ck. read more

I went in 2 weeks ago wanting to get a daith piercing in hopes of helping severe, crippling migraines. Mitzi checked out my ear and said she could do it. She was very helpful and compassionate, as I was clearly in agony. When I got back to the room, she recommended the tragus piercing instead, explaining that it was a more major pressure point and that in her many years of experience, she'd done that piercing for many folks with severe headaches with a lot of success. I trusted her expertise and am so glad I did. She was kind and professional. My migraines almost disappeared entirely over the last 2 weeks. I was still getting a mild headache daily which I had to medicate. I went back yesterday and she put heavier beads on my ring to try and give extra relief. She was again helpful and kind. I don't have any tattoos and these are my only piercings so I cannot compare to any other shops or artists but, my experience here was nothing but positive. The place is super spotless and professional. Everything she used was wrapped and sterile. Her aftercare instructions were simple. I went in for my industrial and 3rd lobe piercings, I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment but they said they accept walk-ins for piercings! I paid $80 in total for my piercings. This woman named "Cat" took care of me and she was really nice! The industrial piercing hurt a little bit she kept asking me if I was okay to continue, so that made me feel better. The place is very clean and I was taken to a private room to get my piercings done (nobody saw me cry like a baby). I had a pretty good experience, I just wish they would give complimentary samples for saline solutions like H2Ocean so I wouldn't have to run around everywhere to find some right away. but it was a very chilled environment and I will be returning for my naval piercing soon. read more

I got my ears pierced there. It was just my lobes, and it was the first time I got pierced. I went in and it was busy so I got scared about a wait, but there was only one girl in front of me that was going to get a piercing so it was only 10 minutes. Once I got called back the lady was very clear about what she was doing (because it was my first time and all) and told me what to expect and feel. As she was doing it she told me what to do and what not to do that I might've already been told by people. She did not use a gun, and told me why. She put in certain studs so I can clean it easier. Overall, super happy I went there and not Claire's. It cost me $40, but honestly for the quality she did them and the experience of getting them being very good I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants piercings. read more

If I was just posting for bill I would give it five stars. He was straight up professional, friendly, and fairly priced my tattoo. That was my first time and I was blown away. Well I got a bonus and decided to go to this shop again despite the fact it's about half an hour from my house. I wanted a small flower on my wrist, a family tradition. Well this little guy in glasses tried to gouge me with a $60 min. I called around researching minimums before I got this. One shop quoted me $30, several quoted me $40 and only 2 quoted me $50 and these were classier joints. So a $60 min? No thanks. Plus he was super rude and arrogant. When I told him other places quoted me less he said ok go there. Then he told me another artist was coming back because my friend was getting a tattoo as well. I decided I'd talk to him before I committed so I waited. While I was waiting two men showed up who had an appointment with this artist. He treated them and acknowledged the appointment so he knew they were coming before he told me to wait. So I left to muse over it and cane back. Then I was informed bum him that even though it was only six they most likely couldn't do me today because I guess they forget the prime market and close at 9. If I was posting for this short guy with glasses o would give it a 1. I went twelve miles down to a really nice place with a really nice artist who quoted me less without any attitude. I went to get my septum pierced after watching my friend get her septum pierced at this shop. I never got the names of these piercers but my friends piercer was a blonde lady a little thicker and she was so extremely sweet and she made the whole experience so comfortable and she really knew what she was doing. This made a terrific first impression on Epic and made me want to go to get my septum done. I went in today and got a different piercer, a tanner lady with hazel eyes brown hair both sides of her nostrils pierced and big gauges and she was very rude to me and my friends who came along. She made me feel uncomfortable and had a sort of attitude when I went in. She was very rough while piercing me and It looks as though it came out crooked. Afterwards I asked her how I should clean the piercing and she was being very difficult. I would come back to this shop only if the first blonde lady was working. read more
