The oil based semi-transparent stain was professionally applied with appropriate precautions taken to prevent overspray. He applied two light coats to the fence instead of one heavy coat to prevent the possibility of bleed through onto our neighbor's side of the shared fence. Our garage doors absorbed the stain at a higher rate than expected because they were so dry. The next day it was apparent that the 3 full sprays of the doors he had done were not adequate to provide the right coverage. Dave came back a few days later at no charge and sprayed 3 more coats until the doors looked great. Bottom line - this is a great company, highly professional and competitively priced. Dave is easy to work with and dedicated to satisfying his customers. Last time we had this done it took a couple gents about 2-3 hours to do the whole job and they were gone. They scrubbed off some rust, primed small areas, and painted and gone. This time we're excited to recommend this group who took 3-4 days (mind you there were 4 of us getting job done) and the process was the difference. The prep work of removing rust in full, the primer on the entire fence, the precision of welding out small areas that needed small attention, and the precision of welding the larger panels that needed replacing gave us a perfect result. We had panels replaced (4 as I recall) but the rest were okay and ALL look brand new!! The price was fair, the work was excellent... If you need assistance for anything that their crew handles, do not hesitate to call Alex! Doesn't matter where you live, they definitely work all over DFW. The real benefit here, as far as I'm concerned, this is gonna last a lot longer. I included some pics of the fence...which I know looks like a wrought iron fence, but I tried to explain the difference above.

I contacted 5-6 other fence companies to provide an estimate for our job. (2 well-known fence…read morecompanies didn't even call us back.) Ours was a sizeable project involving removing a big stucco wall. Anthony's team replaced our fence & driveway, installed an auto driveway gate, took down the wall, installed a new driveway, and even built a little shed to hide our AC units/garbage cans. The project was not cheap (their price was competitive) but it turned out to be absolutely beautiful. Here are reasons I am so glad I went with Dallas Fence Experts: 1. I wanted someone hands-on, not just a messenger relaying project scope to the workers. Anthony was there from start to finish. As far as I know, they didn't sub-contract. 2. I wanted a problem-solver and a good communicator. A couple of other fence companies told me No immediately to our driveway project. One well-known company in Frisco told me all the things they do NOT do, or things they do not offer warranty on (they only install Solar). Only Anthony from day one was able to tell me how they'd go about our project. His suggestion was methodical (I could see his wheels were turning too because that piece was something he hadn't done before). I explained my vision and he got it done. He would not hesitate to call/text for questions or to keep you informed of progress. 3. Anthony told me that he'll be around if we need anything post-installation. We've had some minor issues a few months after installation. He was super responsive coming to resolve the issues. I have had many people from yard guys to painters to a handyman who offered to build our fence. I wanted it to be built right the first time (I hear stories of gate needed repair) and the fence to be of excellent quality. I found that to be true of DFE. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and his company.
