I have used Epic Seats in multiple cities. I trust them, they're really knowledgeable, and they've got access to great seats (both their own, and their partners'). I'm in Seattle, so I first used them to pick up M's tickets, Seahawks tickets, and the like. Their prices are fair, typically because you're buying season ticket seats they own (so they've paid less per ticket since they're season tickets...). Depending on the event and the seat location, you're gonna sometimes pay a lot more (like when I called for NBA Finals tickets on game day! Ha!)... although I've also gotten really great deals from Epic Seats on tickets that weren't for hot games. Where I've been especially impressed is when calling Epic Seats while I'm visiting other cities. I've literally called them on sold-out game days in Boston and LA, and they've been able to get me tickets to Red Sox and Lakers games - same day! Plus, and this is really important, their sales staff is very knowledgeable on where to sit in each venue around the country. So they've been able to make sure I get the type of experience I'm looking for (sometimes recommending cheaper seats, such as the bleachers at a Red Sox game, if they think I'll have more fun in that location). I'm a big fan of Epic, and I get all my tickets from them (it's cheaper for me to pick the games I wanna see and get great seats from Epic than it is to buy season tickets, since I won't go to every game, nor will I shell out the kinda cash for the season tickets I'd want). And given the quality of color printers, I'm always scared to buy from scalpers on the street. I trust Epic. They've got great seats. And I think they're always fair. read more

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Just another third party ticket seller. I have purchased tickets from them in the past and was okay, until recently when I purchased tickets as a gift for my uncle to a Huskies vs Arizona basketball game. While he loved the gesture he will not be able to make the game due to a business trip. Naturally, I thought no problem. I will just return the tickets and move on. NO! NOT THAT EASY!!! I called and spoke with "Sky" who later informed me that she was the manager. She also informed me that despite offering a purchase protection for every ticket sold on their website, it was through a third party company which she was unfamiliar with and one that they would probably no longer due business with as it conflicts with their ALL SALES ARE FINAL rule. She did not return my tickets, even though the event in question is a good THREE weeks away. Which gives them plenty of time to resale the two tickets I had purchased to an almost sold out game. Unprofessional approach. Deflected responsibility to me and a third party company. The third party company does NOT offer ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE IN WASHINGTON STATE!! I expected better from a company that I have been loyal to and is offering a "middle man" type of service. So my options are to now sell them back through their site or another if I want any of my money back. read more

Definitely a big fan of Epic Seats. I have bought tickets, as well as sold my own seats through them for 7 years now. James and Scott are great guys and have gone 'above and beyond' to help me in many cases where I needed tickets, or needed to sell my seats at the last minute. Without question, Epic has the most Mariners, Seahawks, and Sounders tickets out of any broker, and many times you can get tickets for less than the box office price. Before you purchase tickets or sell tickets from another broker or site, such as Stubhub, check with Epic before you make your decision. As a local company they are able to provide services that are not available otherwise, and it is great to do business with a local company who is growing. Overall, it really is a 'no-brainer' to buy and sell tickets with Epic. Again, at the very least give them a shout before you buy or sell from anyone else. The owners, James and Scott, have always been straight-forward and honest. After selling hundreds of thousands of dollars in tickets through Epic, I can say I trust them completely. read more

Why Epic Seats gets my highest rating & praise is because I have ALWAYS not only had a good experience with arranging my seats (ALL for Seahawks tickets at the "Clink"!) but the delivery/pickup process and the price really is excellent. And the staff, they are great to work with and talk to, never get the feeling I'm being rushed actually I feel supported and they are there to really help me my best choices... especially James, one of the co-founders who I've talked to on and off since around when EPIC began, is available, personal, efficient, humorous and passionate about what he does in finding and recommending the best deals for seats. Goodbye StubHub, so long TicketMaster, no more Craigslist....I've just picked up tickets for the Lewis Black event in Seattle. James at Epic made the process easy and my outstanding seats were procured prior to going on line to the general public. These tix had been requested by my teenaged grandson as a Christmas gift, an exciting first for him. I have, however, worked with EPIC on other (sports) transactions and have found them the best I've worked with. I've traded, bought and sold Mariners' tickets and sold some of my Seahawks tickets through them. James, Edson, and all the others in the office are always gracious and helpful, trying to meet my needs, and I have no question as to their honesty and high integrity. I've been buying tickets from Graham at Epic for years now. He's always got the seat you need, and if he doesn't, he'll find it for you. I've purchased NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and several concert tickets from him with nothing but good things to say. Tickets arrive on time and legit. It's also not just a Northwest operation. All the tickets I've purchased have been for events in Philly and the rest of the Northeast. He got me into the first ever World Series game at the new Yankees Stadium where my boy Cliff Lee dominated those pinstriped bums in 2009 (can't remember what happened for the rest of that series...). I would use EPIC seats whenever possible. They are sooo much better to deal with than Ticketmaster or other ticket brokerage sites. I am from Seattle, but have been living in Chicago for the past 8 years. I've gone through them on multiple occassions for many different events in Seattle and Chicago. The people there make the experience all that much better and if you ever get a chance to pre game with the EPIC SEATS crew you will definitely have a blast. Games and concerts can make or break a weekend/experience. Go with these guys where you trust what you're getting and it's nice dealing with them throughout the process. I have used Epic to get tickets to sporting events all across the country. Seahawks, Mariners, Lakers, Knicks, Canucks, Bengals, and Cowboys to name a few. I travel a lot for work and find myself in major cities with an evening to spare on a regular basis. They have put me in lower level seats every time without ever breaking the bank. My tickets are usually e-mailed so I can print them at the hotel I am staying at. I love buying from them because I know I will never be turned away at the gate (an experience I had once when buying from another site) and the price will always be fair. I highly recommend Epic Seats. I used stub Hub in the past and its very impersonal. I bought Mariner tickets through and Epic would run the tickets to will call for me to pick-up. Right before they ran them down to Will call they called and asked me if i wanted to upgrade my seats with no additional charge. I was stunned and amazed by this personal touch. I have never received this kind of service and I don't think i would ever receive this kind of service From Stub Hub. They just are not set up this way. I'm still stunned by them calling me. Epic Seats is still the only place to go for tickets to any event if you want service and reliability. Professional, organized and always accessable. I have had several occasions to get in touch with them immediately before a game to hammer out details and there is always someone there. Consignment fees are high but they are well worth it.
