While some of the vaccines can be quite expensive... she explains the reasons behind each medication & why it costs what it does. Once vaccinated (via butterfly needles) she will also help you fill out your yellow shot record card that you just carry with you at all times while vacationing other countries. Having traveled to several different countries and returning just as healthy as when I left the US.... I highly recommend using Travel Clinic Jacksonville for your travel medicine/infectious disease medicine. There is also a pulmonary specialist on staff, as well! It is sometimes tricky to quickly make an appointment. Phone-tag sometimes has to occur for a day or two.... But you just can't go wrong with Travel Clinic Jacksonville!

The agent I worked with listened well, worked fast and found me a good and reasonable flight, with the airline asked for and upgraded it to premium economy. He booked my seats, and all I have to do is pick up the tickets at the airport the day I fly. Great job! I'm super happy and definitely use them again.

The restaurants and meals were awesome -each with a focus on experiencing the best of local cuisine with an Argentinian 'twist". I met some very interesting people who came from different walks of life and parts of the country -each bringing a unique and special perspective to the trip. I really enjoyed dining (the birthday lunch at Fogon was the best) touring the city (especially the Afro-Argentine tour) and participating in other activities - riding horses and dancing at the gaucho ranch and especially the impromptu "Tonights Conversation". I believe that this trip brought me to where I was supposed to be , meeting the great group of people and celebrating Zola's and Aleesha's Birthdays . I pray that Zola is successful in all of her future endeavors; and if this trip is any indicator- she will be !!!

We did several food & wine tastings, a Guacho farm tour with horse back riding, several city tours, and a beautifully breathtaking experience to Iguazú Falls. Zola is very detail oriented and she created a spreadsheet consisting of the activities, links, and helpful information for the trip. She is a stickler for being on time and reading directions, so be sure to review the information she provides; she is responsive and available to answer questions. She helped me research some things I wasn't familiar with in order to prepare for the trip. I was celebrating my birthday during the trip and at one of our dinners, Zola arranged an unexpected birthday shoutout for me. This was a special touch! This was my first international trip and I learned a lot from her. Great job, Zola!

We splurged on a balcony and were upgraded to an extended balcony. The room was bigger and we very much enjoyed the extra room and really took advantage of it. I didn't take pics but the bathroom was huge compared to a regular room. There was a seating area with a couch that we used for suitcases and dressing area. There was a small table with two comfortable arm chairs, a firm yet cozy, queen sized bed and more closets and storage than we needed. The cozy warm pajamas we brought were great so we never needed the fluffy robes provided with the room. The staff really were the stand outs. Virtually anything we asked for we were given. There are so many fantastic opportunities on board for fun, it's difficult to do them all. We most enjoyed the singing duo Thalia and Mike while sitting in the atrium bar. Check them out on the web. We enjoyed all the meals with the stand out being the Chef's Table experience. Really was expertly organized, with the meal so fantastic, it surpasses my ability to put into words. The chef and his staff were absolutely stellar. There were hits and slight misses for us, but overall, a meal to remember. The pork belly may have been my favorite course. The entire experience far surpassed the extra cost. Looking back, I've spent much more for far less. Just seeing all the chefs and staff needed to orchestrate one very special night for their guests and their sincere willingness to knock your socks off will be something I'll never forget. The room service breakfast sandwich was also memorable. I've never ever. EVER. had so much bacon on a sandwich. The egg was herby, fluffy and flavorful. Enough sandwich for two! The Szechuan shrimp from the main dining room was probably our favorite dish / meal outside of the chef's table experience. I had ordered the lamb bolognese, which was a standout on its own, but that shrimp! Really for a meal prepared for so many people at once, never did I think my plate was ordinary. . Our steward was absolutely fantastic and went far above and beyond making this trip extraordinary. Elation is not without her downfalls. She has ONE small pool and it's very sad. She's rusty and WAY overdue for drydock but for the value it hits the mark and the staff made it a VERY memorable trip.

Your dispatch employee sent out a driver to tow my truck. She called 2 hours in advance to confirm…read moremy appointment but didn't mention that it was $x amount per mile unless I waited 12 hours for my "membership upgrade to kick in". I have a screen shot on my phone from when I booked the service on the app that my plus membership would tow me up to 100 miles for this appointment. Dispatch told me "I don't know why they would send that" well "they" is the company so I'm unsure why you can't honor what they state. I was trying to be towed 10 miles, nothing crazy. What a joke most employees are these days. She had the nerve to say "well that's my bad for not communicating the price but usually people know what their membership covers". Well what do ya know, when I made an appointment last week and even tonight at midnight when my upgrade kicks in, BOTH of those dispatch employees were knowledgeable and communicative when telling me it would cost money and how much. This time at midnight when dispatched called, they also thought I had a classic membership but after actually looking into it, I was able to get a "free tow" from PAYING for my plus membership. He had no problem going to look into it and correcting trying to charge me. Yesterday was my second time visiting the nature center. It's tucked away in the Arlington…read morecommunity and I rarely see it mentioned on social media but it's a great place to take the kids. I went on my own and ventured on some of the trails. They're well marked and a decent distance. The Boardwalk trail is my favorite and features a beautiful boardwalk that ventures over a variety of plants and ecosystems. The tree coverage and diversity makes it a great place to bird watch. I got there early when they were feeding the animals and that was fun to watch. Highly recommend for a several hour day trip activity.
