Working with Julie was a fabulous experience. Her knowledge to WDW and Universal was spot on and recommendations were outstanding. She worked to save us a lot of money versus going at it alone, coordinated character meal times, and provided attendance calendars that ensured we went to the right parks, on the right days, at the right time to fight crowds and maximize the experience for our kids. We traveled with two sets of parents who could have never made it without her insight into crowd calendars. There are a lot of people claiming to be experts. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first, but I took the chance. Never any regrets. During the trip, I had thought we bought park hoppers and we went to a second park....couldn't get in. I called Julie and she called me back immediately. She assured me that I had opted for single-parks and she was right. With her guidance, the park gave us a steep discount for my error and will still got to experience the Christmas lights at Hollywood Studios (the last year there, in fact). Because of Julie's personal service, I got to relive what it was like 35 years ago as a child and do it again with my parents and my children. I will have no hesitation to utilize her services again and can't wait to have the opportunity. I don't normally submit ratings and followup unless the services at superior and well deserved. It would have been a disservice to other potential customers to not share my experiences. I just wanted you to know how much we appreciated the great planning you did---and everything was right on the button. The BEACH CLUB VILLAS Resort was outstanding and relatively within walking distance of EPCOT and THE BOARDWALK. The transportation to and from the other Parks (Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) was exceptional as it took only about 15 minutes, at the most, to get to them. The Meal Plan worked out great as each place we ate served more than enough food, etc. And the characters at each meal were more than accommodating for photos and playing with the yourger children in our groupp. There are so many other things which you recommended for us and all came off great that we could write hundreds and hundreds of comments. Cindy said it best "We wouldn't have changed a thing"!!!!!! In fact, we are meeting with our close friends this coming weekend as they too want to plan a Disney vacation for their families and you know we will recommend your services. We will keep you advised. You are a great credit to DISNEY and if you have any clients which may be on the fence for your services---please have them call us and we will be glad to repeat all of the above comments. We worked with Pam Mikhail with Destinations in Florida and she was simply wonderful. After our initial booking she kept looking for better deals for us and got us a great deal on Stay Plan and Dine. I hadn't been to Disney since I was a child and things are much more complicated at Disney today but she walked me through everything. She helped me decide how many days to spend in each park, how best to use my fast passes and gave some great suggestions for dining. We have just returned from a Wonderful Disney Cruise on the Wonder ship out of Galveston, Tex. Lily Lohora helped us all the way.
