Our trip is about a week before the summer season officially begins which required extra work on her part to find horseback rides, airplane tours, private Yellowstone tours, fine spas and even the location of local grocery stores convenient to our hotel. Jess worked quickly to create our itinerary and make all the needed reservations. Jess also offered great communication throughout the process which includes a wonderful phone app that provides convenient access to all the details. Jess is energetic, very helpful with a true desire to provide a quality trip. Very pleased.

Megan Sams was the travel consultant who worked on my arrangements. She was WONDERFUL!…read more Meg arranged tours with a couple of companies making the switch from one tour to another seamless. When I was concerned about being an older traveler, she arranged a day off so I could relax and do the wash (LOL) I was away for a total of 6 weeks, I traveled by all means of transport. All my hotels and tours were without a glitch. When I was a bit uncertain about a transfer she WAS available and made it all smooth. Megan was the best - thank you so very much for all your planning I had the best time! Karen McGovern

I have so many wonderful things to say about Mary and her team that I don't know where to start…read more She's the absolute best and helped to make our destination wedding stress-free and exactly what we wanted. Mary was extremely responsive and took care of all the hassle with our reservations, guest reservations, contacting the wedding team at South Coast to make sure everything was correct, and following up with everyone about everything, etc. Using a travel agent did not cost us anything and she took care of all the busy work. It was the most wonderful experience with Mary and we will use her for all future bookings! Important to note that not all Sandals travel agents are the same. 100% book your Sandals vacation with an agent who is part of the Chairman's Royal Club. It is an elite group of Sandal's travel agents and is by far the best way to go....better than direct, better than online, and better than with any other travel agent. Mary is part of the elite Chairman's Royal Club, so you know she's good. I'm so thankful for Mary! She went above and beyond and now that I've used her, I can't believe I ever considered trying to do it on our own. She will take care of you for sure! I highly suggest getting on a call with her so she can answer any questions and make your wedding/vacation dreams come true! Thank you Mary!!!

The supervisor was a little bit better but not that great. I wasn't thrilled with what they do because I do most of it including dining. I did most of it and she didn't do what she was suppose to by saying it was my son's birthday. Our travel agent that never replied as well as sent the wrong information to us after the fact that she wasn't suppose to be our agent. It was awful and I was so disappointed that even though the supervisor took over; the other agent got our money. If I had known that by the way she didn't plan it because we switched it. We would of went with a different company. It was much easier to do it myself without hassling to make sure that someone is doing their job.
