Also my wife was told she was staffed so she asked to work again only for this to happen and to be almost fired because of this situation. Then the company decide to text with details way after expaining everything that she's uncomfortable from the well behaved trained dog that was present for the evaluation. Then continued to try and get staffed with someone else just to go through the whole entire company not responding to anything but maybe once a week. This company is straight trash and will leave you high and dry as I can see on reviews from prior seems to be a common occurrence. Also my wife has time stamps of everything to prove it! FYI y'all's computer is still here if you care (also shows how much y'all pay attention) but y'all should compensate her time for being trash at y'all's job making it hard on someone that's already going through the unimaginable

So I was thinking how where they going to get him to do this. The first day she gained my sons trust and she got him to talk to her and I was shocked because when I tell you he doesn't talk to people he has not meet he would what we call break down like a robot and just act like he doesn't hear or see you. So now months later my son is talking and wont breakdown like a robot and has gotten more confidence to talk back here and there to random people he doesn't know but as for my family he will talk more with them my brother who my son wouldn't talk to cause we didn't see him much now will talk to him like its nothing im so greatful for kids care because they have broken my son out of his anxiety shell and have gotten him to talk and I'm so greatful because now I know by the end of summer I know he will be ready for school and I know he will have the confidence and I really want to thank Mrs. Natasha for being patient with my son because I know he gets in his moods and is hard to work with but you have helped him so much and I'm so greatful for your patience thank you....

They sent a therapist to my home who violently grabbed my sweet non violent child because he wouldn't stand up. When I said I was uncomfortable with that, I received a threatening email that my Child would not receive his hours because my home environment wasn't inviting for therapists. I then Sent an email to the owners expressing my frustration and confusion.(and frankly anger) at their response, which went ignored. This is not the only time that's happened. The owner, Katrina, frequently ignored my emails and got very angry when I expressed My concerns over the lack of Communication. I dont Know Brian as I never dealt with him. He was copied on all the emails though and never reached out to me to rectify the situation or ask for my side of the story, so I can only assume he also doesn't care. I suggest Ppl who let their child attend clinic here ask about their hands on policies and ask to Observe their therapy sessions. Even then, if your concerns are related to a therapist they happen to like, you will be borderline verbally abused for questioning how they touch your child. Remember, we as parents and clients are basically very replaceable. Our kids insurance all pay the same 150$ or so an hour, just for the therapists. Not to mention the other 200$ For the bcba. When I'm gone, another kid with autism Will provide them with 150-300 an hour for their "services". Therapists who don't leave, however, because they're only payed a fraction of that, are extremely precious. I was reminded about how unimportant my son is compared to the therapist who abused him.
