Last fill up, the driver put on a new gauge which he said would notify them when I was getting low on gas. so it had been awhile and I was outside blowing leaves and thought I would just check the gauge. It says I'm down to 15%. Now with the holidays fast approaching I need to have them come out and top me off since the new gauge clearly didnt notify them. I call them and customer service person says I need to get routed to Robert......He cant be reached......the next day I get a voicemail from him saying" we can no longer fill your tank" No explanation...nothing. so I call back the next morning to see what's up and get routed to Robert again...no answer. He leaves another voicemail saying. 'Yeah, we don't fill tanks less than 100 gallons, sorry about that" Just Wow...If I had known after the last delivery that I wouldn't be able to fill up again by Blue star I would have found another supplier or gotten a bigger tank. And if they weren't going to provide service any longer why did they put a new gauge on my tank? Anyway, Management is less than impressive.

Two of the fuel lanes were blocked off today as a worker was pressure washing them and a large motor home was standing off the line waiting to see where the next hole was going to be. Well a little toot of the ole air horn helped him to choose one. I fueled and parked earlier this afternoon, I watched the parking lot fill to and above capacity as the day has progressed. Last time I brought by camper. They looked at the 25 year 7.5 gallon tanks, and were like "wow... haven't seen these in a long time" they quickly whipped out tools from there side belt and pulled those suckers out with a quickness. They told me the certs were old and showed me the exp date, and said it's an extra $5 to test and decertify. Wow cheap!!! They are rarely ever busy when I go by, so I'm not sure how they keep the costs down to nothing. Anyways they took really good care of me, were super friendly and the price was great. I expected jack add middle of nowhere service. It simply wasn't the case. Ohhh and they sell traegers and parts!
