Pricing was reasonable and the quality of the photos and virtual staging shots exceeded my expectations and those of my clients. I received many compliments from prospective buyers and one person in particular who ended up being the buyer for this home. She made an offer without even stepping foot inside and as she told me later the photos and especially the floor plan provided by Sparks helped her feel more confident about the property. She did of course visit the home in person after her offer was accepted.
