I've used Thomas for multiple Real Estate projects and he never disappoints. The quality of photography and service is 10-Stars! He's a pleasure to work with and uber talented. With his images, I'm 100% positive my listings have earned added value by being properly marketed with professional photography. I highly recommend going for the Platinum package. The value is phenomenal! You get a ton of images, the unique URL property website with community data like near by restaurants, stores, banks, schools, churches...all the things a home buyer is looking for when moving is right there. You also get weekly stats sent to your email to show your clients how many views and analytics to support your marketing plan. Just a win-win all around! I've also used his arial drone footage and community photos. He's the only photographer I use now. Hours and areas are widely available so I'm not ever in a pinch with scheduling. Tom was initially nice over the phone but demanded payment over 24 hours before he even started the job. I'm all for paying a high dollar amount for good service and quality work but I haven't even met the guy in person. His messages were highly sarcastic and said his policy(which he created) doesn't allow him to book a shooting without payment. Look elsewhere for business. This guy seems very hard to work with. Especially if there is a problem with his work. There is a way to talk to a potential client and sarcasm and cockiness isn't the avenue. read more

I used Sparks for my real estate photos, virtual staging and floor plans when my usual photographer wasn't available to travel to the Sacramento area. I was recommended to Sparks by several Realtors who had been using their service for years. My experience with the company was nothing short of spectacular. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of the photos and virtual staging shots exceeded my expectations and those of my clients. I received many compliments from prospective buyers and one person in particular who ended up being the buyer for this home. She made an offer without even stepping foot inside and as she told me later the photos and especially the floor plan provided by Sparks helped her feel more confident about the property. She did of course visit the home in person after her offer was accepted. But as a Realtor who knows photos are everything to a successful listing, this was especially nice to hear how significant the photos and floor plan were in her overall decision to move ahead and write the offer. read more

I used Thomas and his team for a company event. It was an awards ceremony with over 170 guests. The event was at night, and the venue was both indoor and outdoor and had a variation of lighting and lots of activity. Him and his team were very professional, did a great job moving about without being a distraction. And with little direction and no shot list, I was happy with the photos that were taken. Thank you! read more

Presenting our clients' homes for sale with style, accuracy and elegance is our responsibility and our pleasure. Doing it well is an art form, and always worth the investment whether we are leasing a home or selling a property. Tom Sparks is our go-to guy: He is responsive, efficient,oh, so easy to get along with as well as nimble and gifted. His products speak for themselves, for a good real estate photograph is indeed worth a thousand words. His expanded offerings, including 3D virtual tours and floor plans are a godsend now that traditional property showings are difficult. Let me start off by saying Tom is such a great photographer !! I decided to take some boudoir pics for my fiancé and Tom helped me with this. Like any other female who hasn't done something like this before, I was a bit nervous at first, but as we started the shoot Tom made me feel so comfortable and it was AWESOME! We had tons of fun with the shoot and he really managed to bring out my personality in each picture ! I'm so thrilled with the way they turned out and I'll be back for sure when I decide to treat my man to more sexy pics. I def recommend Tom, ladies !! He's pretty awesome ! read more

Thomas was great. A friendly and professional attitude and overall good guy. He was friendly and confident with his process. The pictures came out so well that we were very impressed. We were a bit late to the shoot and stressed, and not only did he keep calm but he was able to get a ton of great shots done in half the time we had normally expected it to take. He had great ideas and was also open to our ideas for what we thought would make for some cool shots. I will certainly be calling him again, highly recommended. read more

I live out of town; need to take some photos for my house. I gave Tom the lockbox # to take photos of the house. He was very professional; he let me know when he arrived and property and when he left. He was also very thoughtful, without me asking him, he turned on all the lights, adjusted the blinds, he even moved some my boxes, so photos look better. He was very accommodating and flexible, very easy to work with. He offered a couple different packages. I ordered the rush service and got my photos in less than 2 hours!! I highly recommend him for the photography needs. I will definitely will call him again soon for my next house. read more
