Worst experience ever, This company is extremely…read moreunprofessional. The cleaners intentionally arrived late and dragged out the time. A 400 sq ft apartment somehow took them over two hours, yet it was still not properly cleaned. When I wasn't home, they did nothing and just chatted loudly. When I pointed out the issues, they pretended not to understand English and ignored me. Reporting this to the company only resulted in passive and dismissive responses. Terrible service -- definitely not recommended. I also have photos and video evidence in case this company attempts to deny responsibility in response to this review

Yelp and text message communication was on point - not instant, but prompt, and always thoughtful and thorough.

Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there. I understand businesses can choose what work they take on, but the interaction felt unprofessional and disappointing after already discussing pricing and the scope of the cleaning.
