Part of that was due to Kevin, who was always straightforward, honest, and good about explaining options without pressure. Since he has retired, my recent experience hasn't been the same. I brought my son's car in because the blower motor had stopped working. I was charged $160 for an evaluation and then quoted over $500 for the replacement. After looking into the repair myself, I learned that the blower motor for this model is easily accessible through the glove compartment and the part costs around $40 online. The job also does not require removing the dashboard, as I was initially told. I understand shops need to charge for labor and overhead, but the estimate I received felt significantly higher than expected given the actual complexity of the job. Because of that, I chose not to proceed with the repair. I'm sharing this so other customers know to double-check estimates and ask questions. My past experiences here were positive, especially when Kevin was still working, but this visit didn't reflect the level of transparency I had come to expect.

My car shut off while in idle three times. I called the shop and drove it back to them and it shut off three times while driving. I told the guy changing my oil I didn't want anything extra but the oil change. The man at this shop said it was nothing they can do even though nothing was going on with my car prior to me bringing it to them. Now my car will barley make it up the street, its vibrating, shaking, and won't stay running. It stops at every light and while sitting. Then they proceed to " offer" me the option to change the air filter "to see if that helps". Little did I know it was not offered to help rectify the damage they caused because o had to pay an additional $30 on top of the $90 oil change. He was adding air at U Gas, so he just drove over to Autotire which is close to our home. The current staff was friendly and professional. Living close, he just dropped the car off to have the tire patched. They called later, to let him know the nail was too close to the sidewall to be patched. He bought a new tire and got an alignment. This place is run like a Michelin-starred version of a quick-lube stop, and it's a genuine surprise. What you'll hear here isn't a blaring radio, staff cutting up, or the silence of neglect. It's crisp, loud communication from every team member (clear directions bringing your car in, checking lights, calling out each step as they work). It isn't just fast; you leave with confidence that things were actually checked, because the team is saying it all out loud to one another. You almost expect them to answer "Yes, chef" after the lead manager gives instruction. I left knowing my car was taken care of. I wasn't wondering whether the bolts were tightened down right, or whether the fluids were actually topped off. There was real precision being handled. The lead manager opens with a joke (he pulled up and asked if I wanted the front and rear wipers checked, knowing full well I'm driving a Silverado with no rear wiper). He got me to glance back and double-check anyway - joke on me. He's got a rye sense of humor, but he runs a tight shop, with high expectations and obvious pride in the work. This place is the Carmy Berzatto (from The Bear) of quick lube car service. Fine-dining discipline brought somewhere nobody expects it; calm, exacting, a little intense, and quietly obsessed with doing the small things exactly right. The "Yes, chef" energy in a Jiffy Lube bay. 5 out of 5 stars. It was good enough that I nearly brought my second car in the same day, and I want my whole family taking their cars here.
