I decided to try out Lancaster BJJ because of the website and how nice Mark was while I emailed him about my concerns training at a new place, etc. I don't go as often as I'd like because I am a student, but whenever I can go it is always valuable. Everyone is very nice and there's a great atmosphere. People who train at jiu-jitsu care about technique, form, and understand the importance of teamwork. Hurting your teammates gets you nowhere.
