At the same time, they stayed present and attentive, keeping an eye on our form and making sure we were pushing ourselves without overdoing it. It is too small of a space for a PF, and the owner standards for cleanliness and repairs his way to low. PF corporate needs to get their head out of their backsides and do some quality inspections. Confused, I inquire about the fact that this is a 24-hour location and if this is true why would there big a huge sign out front that says "24-hours" and why does it claim to be 24-hours online. The manager just rudely shrugged at me and told too bad...I asked him what his name was and he said, "I don't have to identify s**t to you, b**ch. Be out of here by 2am or I'll cancel your membership." I responded "you do that" and started to walk off, at which point he said "and I'll call the cops on your a**" At this point I told him I wasn't going to be spoken to that way and to just go ahead and cancel my membership. He then refused to cancel it. All the while calling me names, swearing at me, insulting me, etc. I have never ever ever in my life been spoken to like this by an employee of somewhere I'm a customer of. What an absolutely unreal experience.

I looked around and contacted several different trainers, Jeff responded before anyone else. Although I looked at a few others, I picked Jeff because I just liked him. It was an excellent choice. He is dedicated, he knows so much about wellness and more importantly he is always learning. I can ask anything about nutrition, lifestyle or training and if he needs more information, he finds out and then shares with me. The thing that matters most is that here I am, four months past my big day and I still train with Jeff. I am also so happy to say that my husband was so impressed with what he saw and with what I told him, that he now trains with Jeff too. Monday through Friday, there are a variety of water aerobic classes to choose among. Some classes focus on stretches and balance, while others are more fast paced (you are always encouraged to work at your on pace). There's lots of splashing, jumping, singing, marching... believe me, 45 minutes goes by FAST! These instructors Seriously pump you up and encourage you to do your best. The water is warm, most days or at least, once you get going, it becomes warm. I find the locker rooms in being clean and tidy. In the mornings, upon entering Lititz Rec; I'm always warmly greeted and in the pool area, many folks are seen, happily chatting, marching, preparing for the class and when they see you coming, folks wave and smile.

Example: last week of school, and the services we use are only available for the morning of the last day: what should be a single half day charge was in reality a FULL WEEK as though school is in session and they would have services available. This is beyond frustrating. In addition, they will not provide invoices though I have frequently asked for them. Best advice is to find an alternative to this corrupt business!
