She is the one that deals with the customers directly by giving them their medications and taking their money. When I asked her to lower her voice, she intentionally got louder and argued with me. She never apologized. It is my opinion that she is in the wrong profession. It is also my opinion that she should not be in the retail business or dealing with the public.

I was lucky to do my shopping at around 11am on a Sunday and it was not too over crowded. I did my shopping fairly leisurely and found everything I needed without hassle. Only 1 person ahead of me at self checkout, and employee Maddie was prompt with cleaning the area after each customer use and pleasant to chat with ! Other employees were diligently filling Internet orders through out the store and everything was neat and organized.

I was in the Ephrata store today and at 2pm there were only two registers with a cashier, the rest were self checkout and there seemed to be only one person running around to clear errors on them. Second problem is the parking lot and lack of parking spaces when the store is crowded. As a handicapped person I sometimes pull in to the lot and leave and go to Redners next door since their parking lot is nor on a hill and they have nore handicapped spaces.

Several times they have not refilled my medications in a timely manner so I was going days without meds or they had the counts screwed up and I had to pay out of pocket for refills. I went to another pharmacy and they didnt have any of the alleged "insurance issues" as Anderson and I have had zero issues get my meds in a timely fashion BEFORE I run out. Overall a terrible experience. I tried to support a local private pharmacy but the cost and constant headache with mistake after mistake is not worth it.

Most of the registers were open so no wait. This location features a ton of adhoc stores such as Subway, Home Improvement store and Auntie Ann's pretzel. Tons of grocery and home items to choose from. I usually camp this way so I'll definitely be back.

I could roll my cart around for hours and there's never a line. Self checkout is uncomplicated, and there's this new order online/pickup in the store jammy that is super cool and easy breezy.
