Ephrata Agway did the fencing around our inground pool. During the installation they dropped a digging iron into our brand-new pool and ripped the liner. I understand accidents happen, however what is not excusable is they never told us it happened and when we noticed the pool was not retaining water, they tried to say the heater was leaking water. If you make a mistake own up to it. They told our pool company about their error but never contacted us or offered us any kind of apology. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will not use them again and will never recommend them to anyone. read more

So...my wife and I just bought our soon to be forever home in Ephrata Pennsylvania. On our first trip ever to this store I learned I'm gonna be spending a lot of time and money in this place. Nice staff. Great assortment and just an overall cool place if you've got dogs AND are looking to make your new home yours. First purchase was a rocking chair set with a table for our front porch in our colors. Next thing is the fence we're gonna have them install around our property. Also got a great deal on a snowblower at end of season. Now, we've got no money left! Agway took it all...until our next purchase. Safe to say we're gonna be there quite a lot. We recently moved and needed fencing for our dogs. We chose Agway. They did an AMAZING job!! Jack and the Yeti Crew did a wonderful job. They were neat and clean and did not leave the yard a mess. They treated our property as they would their own. They answered all my questions and never made me feel disruptive. They were exceptionally polite and professional. We had three estimates from local contractors for a chain link fence around a small patio. Agway came in just in the middle but with a sooner start date. They installed it quickly and for a good price. The guys were professional and cleaned everything up. Great job. read more

We had a vinyl picket fence and front gate installed around the front of our house. While we love the fence, the gate has been an issue since installation. One of the posts shifts during freezing and thawing which makes the gate crooked. We have asked repeatedly for Agway to fix it. They came out a few times, but the gate remains crooked and we are unable to latch it at this point - we have it tied shut for the winter. The last attempt, we were told they would no longer come out as it was no longer their problem. We are planning to have a privacy fence installed by another fence company and while they were out taking measurements, we had them look at the gate. They knew immediately what the problem was, and will be fixing it for us this spring when they install our privacy fence. Unfortunately, this will cost us and we feel it is something that should have been made right by Agway. Will not be using Agway in the future and do not recommend them. read more
