Does not go back and forth between homes. 3. The quality of work is superb, with every attention to detail, & does not cut corners when he could have. 4. The works he did was: gives you 3-D imaging of your vision before starting...leveling the yard, laying brick, pouring concrete (not buying the slabs), detailed water system, timing the water system, picking up all supplies, placing decorative stone walls, planting the trees & flora chosen, pouring wheel barrow after wheel barrow of decorative rock. Laid sod as well. Placed beautiful lighting. It's a work of art! 5. Every single day, the worksite was cleaned up, & placed under the patio nice & neat. He could have easily left the tools where he was going to start back up the next day. 6. Constant and consistent back breaking work! I saw one short break on only a couple of days. Maybe lunch the first 2 days. Then after that, I never saw them stop working. I couldn't believe it! 7. Very friendly and professional!! 8. He only left work site to purchase supplies when I changed my mind on certain items, only to quickly return. 9. The crowning moment was when saw him arranging river rock in perfect display, as though he was a florist making an arrangement! That's paying attention to detail. 10. He willingly offered advice on other personal projects. 11. Informed us in how to care for all things. 12. A deposit is required. Then half is do upon the day the work begins. The last half when work is completed. However, there's complete trust in both parties. We knew, by observation, that he would complete the work & he knew we would pay him on time. I wish everyone had their work ethic & honest business dealings.

I tried pavers and chat that looked awful after 2 years. Chris and his crew cleared the whole area, sloped it toward the back and put in a french drain, then covered the area with stamped concrete.
