Just a few things to note, so buyer beware:…read more -I went in for a routine, annual eye exam, which is 100% covered by my healthcare insurance. However, this was billed as a "diagnostic" exam since the provider "found" dry-eye syndrome, something I never complained of or has trouble with. Result: $30 co-pay -A prescription for glasses or contact: An additional $60 -A "contact lens fitting assessment" (considered to be 'cosmetic') even though this has not changed in year. Result $70 Total Bill for an routine eye exam: $160 Be VERY skeptical of this place. I understand the contact lens fitting charge, as I have paid for that in the past, but the other two (2) charges are pure 'junk fees'. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this place.

Good luck getting a hold of anybody or your medical records. The actual physicians are excellent, but the practice is horrendously-run. I couldn't fathom going back after the breath of fresh air that is my current eye doctor. Oh, and since I couldn't cancel my appointment because I switched providers and wasn't able to let them know (ya know, because they don't answer the phones), suddenly they're calling and emailing. The staff are all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what to expect going in and coming out of surgery thanks to them, and the surgery itself only took about 10 minutes. I've had fillings that were way worse! 0 pain or discomfort. I'd describe the surgery itself like a slightly more complex eye exam. I opted to go with lasik over PRK, after talking with Dr. Rose (who is absolutely outstanding) and I was seeing clearly just a few hours later! Never once did I feel pressured or under informed. I couldn't recommend these folks enough! I struggled with vision since the 5th grade, and for the first time in my life I can just wake up and see!!! To me that service is priceless and the fact they deliver it with such ease and professionalism is just awesome! Thanks so much TLC, what you do changes lives, I know it's changed mine!!

I was 10 min early but I got to see the eye doctor 10-15 min pass my appt time, which is pretty normal I guess. The exam is good and I love everything he did because he is quite thorough and he showed me what is what. After the test I was able to go check on glasses, what glasses to get etc and I got a few choices. I decided on one pair and they said to wait 7-10 days but it was about 3 weeks before they gave me my glasses. It's also the same building where I see my dermatologist and rheumatologist, and about a 15-20 minute walk from where I am, so really a plus. The experience here was pleasant. There was one other person ahead of me so the wait time wasn't bad. Dr. Cesaro here is really awesome, you know he knows what he's doing. This was a nice change from the other place I was going to (I will probably write a review about that later. Long story short, avoid mall optical shops at all costs). The person who had helped me select styles was Mary Ann, who also knows exactly what she's doing and tells you honestly what she thinks works well with a person's face. A breathe of blatant fresh air when you compare that to the sales associate at Lenscrafters that tries to push you to buying something that looks nice without regard to accommodation. Obv, I don't speak for all Lenscrafters, just from the experience I've had. They were nice enough to take notes on the styles that I kept in mind for later visits. I did eventually come back recently to try them on again but decided not to make a purchase. (really the price for what I had choosen was out of my range... $200 for frames, $130 for regular lenses, or $180 for poly carbonate lens which are thinner and less heavier). These were brand name Coach eyeglasses, not a big shocker. As much as I loved them I had to depart from them and call around for better deals. So, all in all great staff here. It would be 4 stars had it not been for steeper price range. Nonetheless great styles if you're willing to pay for the price.

In 2024 I went to the office for my appointment and was told it had been cancelled and they has called me to tell me that. They had never called and I showed them my phone with all my calls and there was nothing from them. Arrogantly, they told me I was wrong and they were right. Last year, I was having visual migraines and was told by my neurologist that I needed to see Dr. Lang, so I called to make an appointment. I was told I could not see him and would have to make an appointment with one of their optometrists, not what I needed to see. When I finally was able to see Dr. Lang on my scheduled appointment, I told him this story and he said it was totally unacceptable. Unfortunately, he has no understanding off what is going on in his front office. Finally, I have an appointment with Dr Lang in May of this year that I need to reschedule as I will not be in the state that month. I called to reschedule the appointment and they have told me that I cannot reschedule this appointment as he has no availability in any of his four offices for the remainder of the year. I asked if I could make an appointment early next year and was told that was not possible, yet my wife had an appointment with him this past week and they scheduled and appointment for her a year from now. . So I guess if you cannot make your scheduled appointment with this practice you can never get another appointment. This is not a way to run a doctors office and these people are as incompetent as any staff I have ever dealt with. Hopefully, Dr Lang can read this review and see what his front office staff is doing to his practice.
