BAD EXPERIENCE.....the owner of Envy Ink is an arrogant douche bag!!! He talks down to the customers. I'm actually surprised he gets any business with the way he treats people!! I can only imagine how he treats his employees.....DON'T GO THERE!!!
We stopped in at Envy Ink to inquire about the price of a hand tattoo for my 18 year old son. It was his first tattoo in remembrance of his friend that pasted away. We were greeted by the guy at the front desk who was very welcoming. We were talking, then the owner chimed in and said "let him speak for himself" talking about my son. The owner was a bald headed guy who was sitting down doing a tattoo on someone else and asked my son where he wanted the tattoo. He explained where he wanted it and the owner said "I'm not putting it there" and proceeded to call him a poser! The owner told him he needed to place the tattoo somewhere else because only "posers" start out with hand tattoos. The guys at the front desk gave us a price and asked if we wanted to schedule an appointment. We already had a appointment at another shop the next day but we were trying to get an idea on the price.
The same day sons girlfriend also wanted to get her first tattoo. Before we could warm her she went to Envy Ink and put a deposit down for an appointment. The next day my son got his hand tattoo done at another shop but went into Envy Ink with his girlfriend. The owner literally harassed my son the entire time. The owner from Envy Ink asked him "who did your tattoo?" My son told him and he said "oh did you tell him I wouldn't do it for you". Then couple mins after he said "that puts you in the 10,000 club," and my son said what's that mean and the owner said "you won't make more than 10,000 a year".
Let me start by saying my fiancé makes over a hundred grand a year and has tattoos all over his body, including both hands!! How in the heck does a person who owns a tattoo shop behave this way?? As a costumer we are paying for your services....NOT YOUR TWO CENTS!!! read more
