I have never had any complaints being a patient but today I sat through a root canal to be told…read morethat the tooth couldn't be fixed and needed to be removed. This was after 3 hours and I had to go to work. So now I have to go back and get it pulled next week. I live almost a hour away and it looks ridiculous because it's half the size of my teeth. I don't understand why they didn't just tell me it wouldn't able to be saved. I'm now in so much pain Again this is my first complaint but I don't understand.

They were very patient…read morewith my child who struggled to sit still and they were also helpful about keeping an eye on my kids when it was my turn in the chair. I also appreciated that the Dr. gave his recommendation for treatment but wasn't pushy and was understanding about operating within a budget to do work one piece at a time. I will definitely be back to this family friendly dentist office!

Premier Dental lost my mother's partial plate AND impressions that she had taken in February. They…read moremade her come in today THREE months later an hour drive each way to let her know they have NO RECORD of the plate or impressions. Not even a tracking number to know if they were lost at the dentist or the lab. They offered a refund in two to three weeks, but she very much needs a plate a.s.a.p. This place is a shitshow! Do not recommend!
