I live in the Edgewater area so I know I can go to Wynwood or up to Aventura mall or south to Merrick or some other places. However, I thought I'd stop in Bayside Market shops as I know there's a Sunglass Hut. While in Bayside I stumbled upon Designer Collection and was quite impressed! Not only do they have quite a selection and more/different variety than Sunglass Hut, but the girls that work there were the best! They were not pushy, they didn't tell me every pair I tried on looked sooo great on me; they were simply helpful, attentive and kind. I asked for their opinion when I was ready and they gave me their honest opinion. Their prices were great and they even matched a price online. In conclusion I highly recommend Designer Collection Sun Center and totally worth heading into Bayside commotion!

After getting home, to my surprise I noticed a few things wrong with the glasses. First, the serial number that is supposed to be engraved on the right arm of the glasses was faded off, illegible, and was not engraved at all. Second, the box that it came in did not describe the contents that were in the box, it actually described a different pair of glasses and not the ones I purchased. Third, the casing that was given to me was poorly made and the wording was also faded. After noticing these things I immediately knew that these were not authentic Dolce & Gabbana classes. I then did some further verification with another Dolce & Gabbana seller and they stated that they were not authentic Dolce & Gabbana Glasses. I decided to go back to the store to voice my concerns. I asked for proof of authenticity or an explanation of why the glasses felt and looked fake. I was immediately met with a disgruntled response that there were "No Refunds". I voiced all of my concerns and showed the owner why I thought they were fake. The owner was unable to provide me with any information to assure me of the authenticity of the glasses. The owner then provided me with an invoice from another company from where they bought the glasses from. I was still unsatisfied with the lack of proof and received very poor customer service in return. I felt that I was scammed right before Christmas. I didn't even want to make this review but I feel like I had no choice because the business did not provide any customer service, and was very unwilling to work with me or provide a valid information. This is a warning to please do your research and look very closely before purchasing.
