Stay away from this company. My rep Ryan misrepresented what this lease offers, they even put 4.76% rate on the LOI term. But when it came to signing the actually contract, it was totally different, bait and switch. Imagine borrowing $170k and finding out you are paying over $330k in less than 2.5 years!! Currently have my lawyer involve as my lawyer review absolutely agrees they have deceptive lending practices. Trying to talk to the portfolio manager Chris, is like talking to the slickest car salesmen, having you believe they doing you a favor. Look at most of the reviews, their whole bait and switch lies in putting low interest on the initial form, but its comes out to over 25% per annum, ON TOP of paying additional "fair market value" of whatever you have finances (which was not disclose in the email) snuck it in the fine print. They keep telling you it's a write off and 90% of fortune 500 chooses this option. total BS. Bottom line, do not do business with them. This the first time I have an attorney involve because I hate feeling cheated, and Ryan never returned my any of my calls or emails. I Jorge Vargas tried to buy a machine for my shop and Envision Capital would be the lender, the machine could not be purchased with the GMC company and GMC returned the loan money to Envision Capital but Envision Capital did not return the full amount of direct charges that it made from my bank account. You better read the fine print carefully with theses guys. Got a loan and the interest rate was double what we had agreed on. The bank they used agreed the docs were misleading. They wanted to preserve their good name so they helped ease a bit of the financial pain. Said they were very sorry and were trying to weed out the "unscrupulous " agents / lenders as best they can.
