Over multiple scheduled calls and meetings, they repeatedly asked for additional documents such as my brokerage account statements, IRA information, and even my date of birth, all with the promise that they would produce a Morningstar report. Despite giving them everything they requested, they never delivered **any** report or useful analysis. When I asked about the "free retirement roadmap" they promote, they simply told me it was "too early" for that -- even after several conversations and after I tried to engage with them as a serious prospective client. It became clear that their main goal was to gather personal information and convert me into a client **before** offering any of the services they advertise. No transparency, no follow-through, and no deliverables. I genuinely approached them with the intention of hiring them as my financial advisors, but their lack of professionalism and failure to keep their promises made me lose trust in their process. But when it came to signing the actually contract, it was totally different, bait and switch. Imagine borrowing $170k and finding out you are paying over $330k in less than 2.5 years!! Currently have my lawyer involve as my lawyer review absolutely agrees they have deceptive lending practices. Trying to talk to the portfolio manager Chris, is like talking to the slickest car salesmen, having you believe they doing you a favor. Look at most of the reviews, their whole bait and switch lies in putting low interest on the initial form, but its comes out to over 25% per annum, ON TOP of paying additional "fair market value" of whatever you have finances (which was not disclose in the email) snuck it in the fine print. They keep telling you it's a write off and 90% of fortune 500 chooses this option. total BS. Bottom line, do not do business with them. This the first time I have an attorney involve because I hate feeling cheated, and Ryan never returned my any of my calls or emails. I let the rep that referred me to them know of the experience and he was not aware, and he does not plan to refer them any further business. Trust me, Stay way.
