I found that out of much later they came over and apologize and sent a gentleman from Fort Myers. All I put up and he didn't put the drywall all the way around and left me a mess. Left the window undone. Left the tub and done. Left the sub floors exposed. I called. Company and their manager. Chad told me on the side. I said I did not. He was a goat employee. He came to give me a quote as a goat he was here. I asked if you get replaced my busted up bathroom I was asking him as a goat employee. You're not as a private person I don't know the man from anywhere change the toilet, which was no big deal OK job. I'll give you that. Not not a great job. I'm not a good job. Just OK. I had to write a check for $2000. I've had $ 2000 before but I wasn't sure if I gave them the extra 210 if i did not . I said I will go you $2000 because they know I'm very prompt about paying my bills . I want that Money back, they still have my money and I've had to pay another 1500 to the other company that did the job and fixing the disaster and I'm very upset about and he told me that night. When it comes to price, I do not recommend the GOAT plumbing. On 11/2024 they came out and fixed a leaking pipe in my front yard, I was billed $257 for a 30 min water line repair. Yesterday they came out and she charged me $500 for a 30 min water line repair , same type of repair, just on the other side of the pipe and easier to access than last time. I did question the price, she educated me on higher cost of materials and gas prices. Again they took care of my repair the same day and both plumbers were knowledgeable, I just need to do my homework and find a local plumber who is a bit more reasonable to keep in my phonebook.

Yandry came out with another tech, and he went up in our attic to review. After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing."
