That is how I found Larry Miller Roofing. Frank got back with me within minutes of my text (even though it was before their posted hours). He got Alex and another great worker to our home within a couple of hours, fixed up what needed to in order to stop that leak, and it gave us the peace of mind that we could leave town without our home being damaged. The guys found the source of the problem and pointed out some other problematic areas where we might need assistance in the future. Our house sitter found a new area of water coming in, we called Frank, and he sent a team out to take care of THAT leak while we were gone. We are so grateful for great customer service, fair pricing, and excellent work.

The gutter between my house and my lanai gets clogged with leaves and moss from trees. It is very difficult to find someone to clean it because I have a very steep roof. Peter's Pressure Washing sent me a text message to remind me of my scheduled appointment, along with a photo of the technician who would do the work. Jason, from Peter's Pressure Washing took on the job and safely cleaned out the gutters and down spouts. He cleaned up after himself and left my yard looking great! Our experience with Pombos started off very hopeful as our neighbor used them two years back with a…read moredifferent salesperson: From the first conversation with Josh Castillo, we informed him we wanted something very similar to their house. I gave him the exact address, description, and dimensions yet each time he sent us a quote it was incorrect. We specifically said 'no flat roof' since the beginning , he quoted us for a flat roof. We particularly measured ourselves a distance of 28 screen enclosure, he quoted for just the existing lanai at 12 feet. And each time he had to make changes, he made it sound like it was our fault that he cannot get the design right . we asked him on three separate occasions why he is not coming out to measure? He said he can pull up all the information online. We are in construction no matter how small or large the job is. Tile work , kitchen , roof etc all needs in person attention to ensure the job is done efficiently and correctly. We would never and the client to send photos or take measurements for a quote , that is part of getting the job. A Large project of footers, pavers, and a screen enclosure should require the same approach in my opinion. We always meet with the customer. To get a better idea of what the job entails, and to completely understand their vision. Josh refused to do calls for the most part, telling me I had to email him . Looking back at my emails and providing screenshots. I have contacted him back in 2021 when my neighbor had their patio done and he gave me the same lazy approach to Sales - refusing to call us back or come out for measurements . His conversations were short and brief, he may be the son of the owner or a relative. I really don't know nor care. But for the owner reading this review - the entitlement status in this company is what is hurting your business. after the 3rd or so estimate (still was NOT getting our design correct also with a 400% price increase of the exact design our neighbor has) we called the office to request a different sales person ...wanting to give this company the benefit of the doubt. An equally young and arrogant sales manager called and within the first two sentences of me speaking. He interrupted me three times almost wanting to argue. My husband jumped on the phone and said we will take our business elsewhere. Some may have had good experiences with Josh, but from our experience in the construction field he is taking an inactive, sluggish, and HANDS OFF role in sales. And mind you, this is a 5 figure job we are paying for. so we will happily take our business elsewhere, even if we have to pay more for less stress .

Following hurricane damage to my home, I hired Enhance Home Solutions LLC to perform…read moreinsurance-related repair and reconstruction work funded through my homeowner's insurance claim. I paid a substantial amount of insurance proceeds toward the Project based on representations made regarding the scope of work, timing, and quality of performance. Unfortunately, the work performed was extremely slow, poorly managed, and far below what was represented. The Project was repeatedly delayed and left unfinished for extended periods of time. Only limited and temporary measures were performed, including tarping, temporary structural supports, and minimal emergency work. Critical permanent repairs were never completed. No permanent roof repair, roof replacement, or structural reconstruction was finished, despite months passing and significant insurance funds being paid. The temporary tarps installed by the contractor failed and were not timely replaced, which resulted in additional water intrusion and damage to my home. The contractor further mismanaged the Project by failing to maintain consistent progress, ordering materials incorrectly, and failing to provide any clear or reliable schedule for completion. Despite being paid a total of $39,000.00 in insurance proceeds, the contractor abandoned the Project before completion and refused to return unearned and overpaid funds. As a result, my home remained in poor condition for an extended period, causing significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
