I worked with 3 different remediators to resolve the issue before finding Steve with EPS Lakeland, LLC. I will say that the 3rd remediator did discover a possible shower pan leak and that was very helpful, but after 7 weeks, the job still wasn't done. Steve came out and tested newly. Then he did the work and was finished in 2 days including clearance testing. He also recommended Sleuth, Inc. to come out and determine if the shower pan really does need to be replaced (bad news is that it does, but now I know without a doubt). I went into the unit personally after Steve finished and it's the first time that my allergies didn't flare up since this whole problem started months ago. I'm very happy that I found Steve and I would call him again. I posted the above review on Google last week. I decided to add it to Yelp, because I am still so happy with Steve's work and I think people need to know how good he is. I also want to add that I have been in this affected unit several times since Steve completed his work and I have not had any allergic response since he completed the work a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't be happier. He has put my mind at ease about mold. I know that if I ever have a problem, I just have to call Steve and he will handle it quickly and completely and safely. :)

The first time we came back to our home, it was made clear they were not the most professional or clean of companies, as they had not only broken our ac, but also broke a pipe in a secondary bathroom after removing the toilet, for some reason, they left the toilet in our living room and somehow managed to splash toilet water all over our living room tv. they used our toilet (the working one) after informed not to and peed all over the seat, so bad ewe had to buy a new toilet seat. more problems arise as seen in the pictures the more times we went back to our house and as for the ac, they gave us the run around and did not even answer the phone a few times! they finally fixed it later on but refused to pay for it untill we made a claim on the bbb website that they told us to take down. overall, i feel at least most of these 5 star reviews are fake because there is no way a company can act perfectly normal in one place, and then unleash like wild monkeys on another. this company is an obvious rip off, do NOT work with them!

But the business staff is horrible, I started my claim in September 2025. They started out great but after they took my insurance check for 16000 they disappeared I called repeatedly and was told I needed to pay an additional 1200 which I promptly paid. Then no work. I received another check which I refused to pay until work is completed and they no showed. I finally got them to come back and do some work. Then they disappeared again. I am a senior citizen. I just feel like they're taking total advantage of me like I said the workers are great.it's the staff. All they care about is getting money and then leaving you sitting here in my house tore up my wife is close to 80. I'm close to 80 and we're stumbling and falling all over a thing and they refused to come and do their job even though I got a check for them they want the check ,I refuse to give them a check. I think Better Business Bureau should consider their rating if they have a rating at all thank you very much. hope you don't get stuck with these people like I did. It was my choice. We did not have a particular coverage and ended up having to shell out quite a bit of money. Another item you may want to consider is hiring your own contractors to do the rebuild. Our insurance carrier barely covered the rebuild amount. We were able to get more than one quote to afford our rebuild. Also, we were able to complete our rebuild much faster by hiring our own contractors. DRP did a good job with the water mitigation work and cleaning up the mess. If your insurance covers all their fees, by all means go with them because they do good clean up work. I am sharing our experience in my review due to lack of insurance coverage. Not their problem, but it could help save you some money by verifying coverages with your insurance company first.

The bleach solution they used got all over my potted plants and shrubs, killing them and will now have to spend extra money to have large shrubs removed. I did let the owner know as his crew only covered 2 bushes and allowed the bleach solution to get on other bushes and my potted plants and within 3 days after the roof wash, these plants were shriveled up and dead. I haven't heard back from him as to how he will compensate or remedy this damage but I do not recommend them as they promise more than they provide. Even my recycling trash can and a Halloween decoration got bleach on them, fading the decoration and etched the top of the recycling can. It's unbelievable this happened as you'd think they are used to doing this all the time and take care of outside shrubs and plants as promised. Had I known they wouldn't cover my plants, I would've brought them inside and covered the shrubs myself.
