My brother-in-law, who came with me, knew way more. He missed pointing out the obvious. He couldn't answer any questions I had. His only response was "you'd need to talk to an expert". My experience with the company as a whole was equally disappointing. When I brought my concerns about the walk and talk up to the company via email they didn't respond, and still haven't.

He was fun to hang out with, had a thorough knowledge of building and maintenance, plumbing and electric. He flew his drone Donna around and showed me in real time everything that needed addressed. This building was built in 1875 and he didn't fear monger but pointed out a ton of things that I missed. I thought I knew enough that I didn't need an inspection. I was wrong. When the occasion arose he was able to do a mold test on the spot for a very reasonable amount. Payment was easy. Thank you Steve. I look forward to recommending you to everyone I know.

The owner (Morgan) understood my situation and was more than willing to help me with my last minute inspection. My inspection was scheduled for the next day. Upon arriving at the home, I met Morgan outside as he had already started the inspection. Morgan throughly explained every step of the inspection as we navigated the property. Additionally, he provided professional recommendations on fixes and upgrades whenever an issue was identified. At the end of my inspection, I felt more educated about the property and that is because of Morgan. I highly recommend Paramount Home Inspections and would not hesitate to use the company again for my future property purchases.

The person could not schedule the inspection unless the call came from the sales agent. Apparently thats the only way "her computer lets her schedule" The inspection itself was not adequate. The inspector Dave seemed to speed through the inspection. We noticed one leak in the ejector pipe but failed to mention that in his report. Attention to detail and quality of service that you would expect from an inspection company is simply not there. This was a complete waste of my money.

We had the opportunity to work with Chris in our property. The entire process was seamless, from booking an appointment, the invoice, and the day-of procedure. Chris arrived early to capture the exterior documentation (i.e., front/back entrances, roof, facade) and greeted my partner and I with warmth and good humor. We examined each part of our future home, and Chris was very helpful with answering our questions and sharing context when weren't familiar with certain issues. It's clear he was knowledgeable and reassured us that we would be in good hands on closing day. After the inspection, you receive an in-depth report with assessments on the areas of improvement, concerns, and general status reports. I think he did a great job "looking for trouble," keeping us notified of how to be proactive should any maintenance is needed. Eagle Inspections was great to work with, and should definitely be considered in any home-buying process.

The guy who…read morecame Daryl Hartshhorne who did not spend very long "inspecting" and when he supposedly was finished he announced that he would not be checking the air-conditioning system. He offered no alternatives. He just said he can't do that in the winter time. However, there was no prior notice of that and it was included in the price for the inspection and I never would have used this company if I had known that they were not going to inspect the air-conditioning system which is a key component of an inspection of a property. I immediately wrote to the owners of this shoddy company and there were other problems as well like they never released their report, etc. I told them all the problems. The owner or two owners never bothered to respond to me despite several emails that I wrote. Nevertheless they are harassing me for money despite their fraud. I have filed a complaint against them with the Department of State.
