When I made the appointment I was surprised to see how far out it was and I'm glad I waited because Jay was so professional and made us feel very comfortable in our own home. The service was timely and they were in and out. He gave us several tips to help with the air quality and we can smell / feel the difference. Asked about cleaning out my water tank (my friend did theirs recently) and they suggested that since there wasn't any discoloring/rust in my hot water, it would not be a good idea due to the age of my water heater and that it has not been done since I owned the house (six years). They are so busy it was booked out two months! Would be smart to book early with them. Two technicians arrived wearing masks and respecting social distancing. Once they serviced my furnace and water heater, they gave me a detailed report and cleared me for the year. It is really refreshing not to be upsold. I will be using Moore's Heating again.

Including drywall on my daughters blankets, on my bed, metal shaving on carpeting, large sharp metal pieces in our laundry room. It's sickening as I have two young children one who is still crawling. They missed a spot and went back to fix it before they left. It seemed expensive for 1 hour of cleaning, but I haven't had this done for a few years, so am not much of a judge.
