Good evening, today February 21, 2024 between 8:45-9:10 we had a very bad inconvenience with rude customers skating the door of the family bathroom where my husband and I were changing our one-year-old son. That thanks to some rude customers and the staff of the establishment will begin to throw many strong knocks towards the door scaring our son and after having told them that we were already leaving that we were changing the child they continued to insist with the knocks and mockery, trying to open the door. Once we left when confronting the boys we decided to leave and the manager of name (Spencer or Steven) verbally attacked us defaming in front of everyone who were having sex in the bathroom with the child inside when clearly from the bathroom you could hear my son's screams of fear for the knocks they were giving to the door and even so seeing the manager that we have a baby he continued to defame us running from the establishment saying that he is hands having sex in the bathroom with our son. We feel very overwhelmed, attacked and upset by the attitude of the staff, mainly the manager. We recommend that you hire and do a better check-up of those who hire. Good night read more

Level 257 combines the edgy, nouveau flair of HeadQuarters Beercade with the corporate after-work vibe of Dave & Busters. I've visited these dudes many times since they opened in early 2015 and plan to return many times more in the future. But it's far from a perfect place...... I convinced the devastatingly gorgeous Nichole C and her friend Adriana to meet me here after work on 8/22/17, since their website advertised happy hour specials. On weekdays between 4-7pm, you can get $2 wells, $3 draft beers, $4 wine, and $5 select appetizers. Freakin' sweet deal! The "2-3-4-5" system bodes well for you and them.....unless you visit on a weekend. After 7pm M-F, prices surge into territory where I don't care to venture: $7 and upward for a pint (yikes). Their cocktails are creative and tasty, but also quite expensive. We got a margherita flatbread, california sushi roll, and pulled pork nachos for $5 each. Good taste, great value. They downed wine, while I slammed several glasses of Allagash White ale. Our server was attentive and totally had a crush on both ladies at my table (back off pal, they're with me). Bread = 4* Circuses = 4.5* (4 for service, 5 for atmo) I'm tremendously grateful that Level 257 completely overhauled their arcade system. Stupidly, this place USED TO employ gamecards based on time, which gave you 'x' hours of play from the moment it was activated. Games now run on credits THANK GOD, so should you decide to pause for a quick toke sesh in the parking lot, you won't be penalized. This also means that skilled arcade veterans -- such as myself -- can focus on dominating their round of Galaga and not have to worry about the clock running out on them. Most arcade games are $1-$1.50 per swipe, while the more cutting-edge ones (like the uhhh-maze-ing 3D zombie shooter inside a closed pod with air jets and rumbling seats) are $2 per play. The lineup also includes older cabinet games like Defender as well as flashy new ticket games like Deal or No Deal. They've got a formidable pinball collection (14 as of this writing), alas most cost $1/game. The score-based replay value is set VERY high for these machines, way more than at most places so you'll find yourself burning through credits like crazy. The interior has a polished look and feel to it; bathrooms were clean but using paper towels is outdated and unbefitting of a trendy place like this. Install some Dyson Airblade hand dryers, seriously!!! It's 2017, y'all gotta revamp in order to stay competitive with other places. * TL ; DR * Level 257 is a 4-1/2 star business, in my opinion. Although I LOVE their motto as well as the look/feel of the place, the majority of games are wildly expensive and outside of happy hour deals, food & drink is just too pricey. That whole paper towel situation in the restroom is sooooo wasteful and should be their next area to focus on upgrading. The nerd in me wants to award the full 5 stars, alas I cannot. What I *can* do, though, is give them my continued patronage over the coming years. I'm very pleased to see their 'pinball alley' grow in size. Keep it up and you'll keep me. Wow! Coming here with my coworkers was a great time! This arcade had it all! pinball, basketball lanes, shooters, skee-ball, a giant Space Invaders, a bar and lounge for drinking, bowling, a catering service with delicious food, a bar and lounge for drinking, did I say that already? Well coming here was a great location for all of my employees to loosen up. Very similar to Dave & Busters, but having the bowling is a plus! I loved the options available with newer games, older classic games, and of course the ticketed games that challenge your competitiveness to get more tickets, for a simple car sticker. If you're ever in the Woodfield mall and you need to unwind for a bit, or you just want to gain bragging rights over a buddy of yours in some Mario Kart, stop by the at this arcade! read more

No lie, but I think it was the giant lego Pacman that really drew us into Level 257. At first I was wondering why it's named "Level 257." Is that the last level in Pacman? I never made it past level 2-3 because I ended up getting hungry and needing to eat fruit myself. Nonetheless, this is a great spot for some good family entertainment without necessarily breaking the wallet. We came to play some arcade games in hope of earning virtual tickets to cash for prizes. There was a good array of games from shooters, skee ball, and some VR ish. Even on a Sunday when we went, it was not run down by children trying to have a good time. We in fact were probably the loudest of the bunch. To play the games, you need to purchase a refillable membership card. They've really advanced the technology where you no longer need printed tickets. Admittedly, I do miss this piece of technology, but I get that we're moving with the times. Hello it took me time to get back to you with my feedback. I will start with some facts. This establishment offered me a window for my daughter celebration on the 2/5/2023 between 2:30 and 5/ or 5:30 that doesn't matter/. But they placed in the contract food service for adults and kids at 4 / which I didn't pay attention to . People who came and didn't play bowling we're staying on an empty table. Drinks were not distributed we had to go in person to get them at the bar although there were 3 servers doing nothing. Kitchen refused to prepare the food early even though the bar area was completely empty. So I ordered extra food and that was Ok. They brought out the food. But for the preorder food was not OK to be prepared early? Then kids start eating their food at 4 and servers didn't pour their drinks , parents were doing that. They didn't serve the food - parents did that. One of the servers said that this was not their job. She was "Do I really have to pour the lemonade ?" The food that I ordered for the adults was served at 4 it was obviously too late already and the food that I ordered extra was served on the bowling tables and they rushed to moved us out even though they said we can stay there. OP management were not cooperative , rude and aggressive. In this business you supposed to accommodate the customers. This is not a school cafeteria that works on strict schedule. The whole system of service in this establishment is extremely poor, unorganized and chaotic. I am very disappointed that this didn't work out well for me and my guests. Those servers were doing incoherent things opposing my decision about cake placement, table set up and organizing of service. I ve been in this industry for 15 years and it bothers me that people don't understand and can't predict the needs of a customer. You simply can't serve food 30 min before the end. I know we spoke about the food but i was never mentioned the hours i didn't see it coming. How can you invite people adults at 2:30 and suggest them to stay there 2 hours with no food. And the place was empty. A la card menu was open but the preorder food not. Bartender was 1 person and you had 3 OP managers? Bartender was slow unorganized and rude too. Attention Ohio, we need a Level 257!! I From the giant LEGO Pac-Man to the awesome game rooms.... Level 257 is the new Dave n' Busters with a splash of elegance!! It is still kid friendly and the food was yummy!! The staff was very attentive and kept our free refill coming without having to ask!! We started with the calamari starter followed by the tiki skewers and California roll. I then had the southwest steak salad and the spices were magnificent. I did not try the dessert this visit but would love to come back for more!! My 4 year did get a kids meal and they give them two Pac-Man cookies at the end of dinner. Our 2nd time here, did not know it was half priced games on Monday. Went into the prize room to see the prizes, and what we could get and check our balance. Reviewing just for the arcade, which is FREAKING FUN AS ALL GET OUT! I bought just a $10 play card, which are used to play the various games, and I was able to play quite a few! I mainly went back and forth between skee ball, pinball, and Tetris, with some other random ones thrown in. I had an absolute blast! The old school games are great, though be prepared to possibly wait on the classic favorites. I should also add, to the left on the entrance is where all the Pac-Man games are, the right the rest of arcade, and on both sides there is bowling. I will also warn you, not all the games give you tickets to redeem, which I hadn't realized until the end. That being said, the tickets and money you put on your play card are good forever. What's gone from a nice restaurant with great games and a fun vibe is now nothing more then a run down bowling alley/arcade with a TGI Friday's in it. Food service was slow and miserable. Games were down and staff not friendly. We tried bowling, made it 1.5 frames before the lane broke. it then took 10 mins to get fixed. It was just an overall horrible experience. This place was great! I got a recommendation from a friend to check this out and I'm so glad we did! The space is massive, tons of seating and areas to hang out. There is a bowling alley, arcade, bar, restaurant. My kids love arcades so I was thrilled to find a place that had actually good/great food and kids still love. The kids meals come with Pac-Man cookies which is so cute. Also, service was a little slow due to understaffing and they gave us free play cards! So nice. We had the sushi which was awesome. The pizza and the ahi tuna nachos were great too. I'd highly recommend this place for kids and adults. They have a great deal during the week for game playing. We were lucky enough to have our bridal shower here recently. Let me begin by saying that I could not have been happier, and my fiance' was super impressed with the shower here, which is saying a lot coming from any future bride, lol. (She will probably kill me for that comment). The food was awesome, the room was set up perfectly, the drinks were yummy, and the people/service was beyond perfect. I especially want to thank Monica and Katie (Hope I got them down right), for their service. They were everything we could want and more. We had tons of compliments from our guests, many of whom were there for the first time, and did not even know this place existed! I have come here many other times for the Brunches that they offer on Sundays. I really love the all I can eat bacon!!! Plus there is usually prime rib, chicken, made to order omelets, and tons of other breakfast fun. I took more of a walk around when I was there for the shower and paid more attention to all the fun games they have plus bowling. It also looks like they have recently added a prize room area, where you can redeem for all kinds of stuff. I think that my fiance and I will be coming back more often and bringing our friends around to enjoy all they have to offer!!! We didn't eat here, but had a blast at the arcade. We played about an hour, and only spent $10 between two adults. There are some great pinball machines, we loved the old school 1980's arcade games (Ms. Pac-Man is my jam), and we had a hoot with the bowling game which is next to the skee-ball. The arcade games can keep you busy for awhile. The price of the arcade games range from $.25 - $.75 per game. I was the same Ms. Pac-Man game for about 10 minutes! Some restaurant chicken can be scary. My dad got the bacon cheeseburger and he said that it was good, the bacon is real bacon and not the microwave kind that some places use. Dessert was amazing. I honestly didn't play any games so I will pass on judging that.... today. We came for happy hour which was a let down on it's own. They had $2, $3, & $4 well drinks, cheap wine, and beer. No happy hour deals on food. We were seated right away and the host was efficient however our server was just ok, she could've been helpful instead she looked like she didn't want to be there. Since I wasn't dying of starvation, I ordered the BBQ pulled pork nachos. It was tasteless and lacked BBQ and cheese which in my opinion makes a nacho entree! Ugh. It has been a while since my hubby & I had been to Woodfield Mall since we had moved out of state. So we came here with our friend Amy to see what was new since our last visit. Low and behold is Level 257. No idea what it is, so we had to check it out. It's like a Lucky Strike. It's a bowling alley, restaurant, bar, and games, lots of games. Pac Man to be exact! Who doesn't love Pac Man? We were lucky enough to walk in on the last day of free unlimited bowling. It had been going on in July and August, and extended until Labor Day. We just had to pay for bowling shoes which was $4. We were all about it. Bowling was so much fun. Super gigantic life size Pac Man games were even better. Loved this place. Drink and food options were a good amount too. I wish I had this by me, but maybe in the future. Make sure to check this place out. It's so much fun and it's great for big groups. read more

This place was really cute!! It's kinda hard to find if you don't park in the right lot. You should enter from the outside near Sears downstairs. The games are decently priced. Pac man games are located closer to the bowling area and are 0.25 to 0.50 a game. The 0.50 game you get 5 lives vs the 0.25 you get only 3. I suck, so the extra lives helped me a lot! The rest of the games are new and bright, with a section of classics and pinball too. You must get your card to play, tho there are easy to use self service kiosks that you can buy in any amount. Food looked really good but on the pricey side. Sandwiches start at $12+ and entrees are about $18+. On Sundays there is a brunch buffet for $25/pp (ouch!) but it smelled so good. You also get an hour of free play on Sundays w any entree purchase, including the buffet. If you plan on bowling during prime hours, make a reservation. read more

I've gone twice now and despite some weird service issues am considering having a work holiday party here. It seems like a good venue for such an occasion and their food is pretty good. Level 257 has soooo many stairs to get to the second floor where everything happens. I went with a coworker to check out the venue and she had some issues making the hike. They do have an elevator if needed but I can imagine it being a little difficult to maneuver down after a few drinkskis. Upon arriving upstairs, Level 257 seems pretty cool. There are a few Pac-Man bowling bowls but overall there isn't a ton of Pac-Man or 80s themeing. I know they are trying to go for a more mature, adult vibe here but a bit more of the adorable little yellow guy thrown in wouldn't hurt. Arcade games are apparently on an hourly play basis with a good variety and the air hockey looks awesome! They also offer a bowling option but from all I understand it's a bit more manual in process than you may be used to. Food is a bit pricey here but everything I've had has been good. They also have a solid beer list and even offer beer flights which makes me smile ear to ear! What I've tried... Bacon Wrapped Dates - Pretty darn good as far as these little guys go. I really enjoyed this appetizer! Chicago CBS - Grilled Chicken sandwich that made me feel like I was ordering healthy as long as you overlook the slathering of cheese and bacon on top. Really enjoyed this sandwich though! Their semi-curly, super-thick, interestingly ridged fries are delicious, too! Quesadilla Sushi - Inventive and really cute! It's a quesadilla in a tightly packed roll but made to look like a sushi roll, presented just beautifully. I thought the taste was on point! Baby spinach & bleu cheese salad - Skip this. It's exactly what it says it is but truly isn't anything amazing. Service is the sticking point for me at Level 257. One time I went it was overly attentive with the server over every 2 seconds asking how we were, how each bite of each dish was, and just generally kind of creeping us out. One time I went we waited 30 minutes to order and had little to no service making us go well over our lunch hour. Call me Goldilocks because I want it just right in terms of service. Overall I think Level 257 has great potential just needs to tweak a few things to keep their doors open - lower prices ever so slightly and step up service. I'll definitely come back to try again and standby that I think it could be a great venue for a work holiday party. read more

I ordered the chicken parmesan and the chicken was thin (got no problem with that really) and was dry and dense (problem with that). It wasn't super crispy but it have more of a soft breading because of the sauce. The sauce on the chicken felt like it was on the chicken for hours. It felt and tasted like the sauce was on it but dried on it. Not like it was just freshly put on the chicken and that could be because it was baked because the cheese on it was melted. More sauce is needed for the chicken in my opinion. The angle hair pasta was better than the chicken. It outshined the chicken. The chicken should have been the one to be the best part of the meal and it wasn't. I asked for a side of grated cheese as I feel it should come on the side without having to ask in my opinion. read more

So we were shown to our bowling alley and then the control panel keep malfunctioning we got help for it and ending up gain additional time Also the server was the saving grace here, he explained to us that if we knocked down the yellow pin which concluded into a strike we earned a free one-hour game card to use in the arcade Noone told us that when we purchased and while being set up to bowl So needless to say my family and I were hitting strikes all night we ended up with three 1 hour free game cards that allowed us to go to the game room and play for over hours. So even though they were acting really shady we had the last laugh and only paid about $56 and that was for over 2 hours of bowling for the three of us flatbread and glass of wine for me and free play time in their arcade 4 hours it doesn't pay to be shady read more

Came here in the Thursday night the place is pretty empty myself and my children and my girlfriend ended up playing games and having dinner. We were given a 30 minute free play card because it was my girlfriend's birthday. The reason for the four star review is that the service took forever during dinner even though there was almost no one in the restaurant and while there is nobody in the arcade section there were only a few stations for hand sanitizer and there was nobody cleaning equipment or games in between different parties. At one point during our dinner service a random staff member came up to us and said the kitchen is now closed and it was around 730 it would've been nice to have a little bit of a warning so that I could've ordered dessert for my girlfriend but nonetheless there were not many people around which was a very pleasant experience. I've been to Dave & Buster's many times my preference is this location as Pac-Man a little bit more unique. read more

I was talking with a host she was answering everything correctly, super sweet and everything (she was sitting) but then this I think "manager" comes up and tells her to stand, which personally I find pretty stupid. We haven't tried any food here, but their drinks are awesome. If you don't have a reservation and are lucky enough to find a seat at the bar, be prepared for it to be busy. Drinks, beers especially, are on the pricey side- but they do have a couple of beers I haven't seen at other local places. After being introduced to this place by my amazingly fantastic boyfriend, Eric S., I have been here more times than I can count! Level 257 is AWESOME. I love for their $2, $3, $4, $5 happy hour. $2 well drinks, $3 draft beers, $4 glasses of wine, and $5 appetizers. How can you go wrong? They have California rolls and Spicy tuna rolls on the $5 app list as well as some loaded pulled pork nachos. The bruschetta is amazing! $5 bruschetta!! They also have a great selection of draft beers for $3. I honestly don't care for their $4 wine selection but Adriana S. always goes for them. It's a fun, relaxed place to go with friends and you've got the added bonus of bowling, pinball, and arcade games right there (although I rarely make it to the arcade, I'm always too full after scarfing down all those $5 apps). read more

Great experience. I like the oculus game that they had. It was something I've never tried before

Came here wearing Rush attire to play the Rush pinball machine. Really excited and bought about $50 of credit to play. We had come earlier this year when it was featured in the paper but the demand was high and we only got a few games. Tonight it was dark and the attendant could not fix it. A trip and money lost on this unique machine. So much preparation and travel to see this masterpiece. A sad ending to a great evening planned to play the Rush machine. Will return to try again because the food is great and love the machines. read more
