I never write reviews, but this place was a nightmare. Worst experience I've ever had by far. Food was very late. No silverware. Had to wait 10 minutes without silverware while the food got cold. We had an issue splitting the check. The younger shorter manager I wish I knew his name, actually cared and tried to help and was overruled by the big rude floor manager. We just wanted to pay for our subpar cold food leave and never come back. We were stuck waiting for at least 30 minutes for them to come to a less than desirable resolution. We were so fed up we just paid and left. We did not demand or request a discount, neither was one offered. As a former GM I could not in good conscious charge full price. The only person that got their food compted was the one the server spilled the drink all over. I have some sympathy for the server, but something wasn't quite right with her seemed to be on something. We never bowled or played games because it took 3 hours to get everything situated. Nobody was in the mood after that. The only good thing about the experience was the people we were with. The GM wasn't even working on a Saturday night. I know people have time off etc., but typically the GM should be there on the busiest night. Staffing issues I can understand, but rude and unhelpful managers I can't. I can't help but wonder if this place did have rude managers they would attract more and better staff. Who would even want to work there. It's supposed to be a fun place. Ended up paying $60 bucks for my food and others, because of the check debacle. It's not rocket science splitting checks. Not trying to solve the world's problems. I still tipped the server over the gratuity, but that was the first time I was tempted to stiff the server. I was a server myself at one time. Her experience was just about as bad as ours, some of her own doing, but not tipping feels like adding insult to injury. I've had better burgers at Red Robin. read more

This place is great! I love the pac-man theme! They have arcade games, food, drinks, and bowling. I have had the chicken piadini twice. The second time wasn't as good as the first, I don't know if it was prepared differently or the fact that it was plated differently threw me off. CHICKEN PIADINI wood-fired flatbread with oven roasted chicken, mixed bell peppers, spinach, feta cheese, house-made hummus and Cholula chili oil 10 I also had the banana pretzel bread pudding. The bread pudding was very soft and it came with cinnamon ice-cream. The drizzle of caramel over everything made it perfect! I didn't feel the pretzels mixed in was necessary. Went to hang out with some friends yesterday. It was quiet but it was early during the happy hour time. The waiter was a bit confused when we asked if there's a happy hour menu. He also would come by to take the order but only take a few and leave and not take the rest of the orders. Food was slow to come out. I went about a week ago with a friend. Place was packed looks great! We went to the bar to get a drink and we sat down. It took a while but when it was our turn I asked the female bartender if we could order. She started yelling and screaming at us and then chucked a menu at my face. The rudest person I have ever met in my life. We did talk to management and we got comped but that's not what I was looking for. Someone like that should not be working with people. There is nothing positive I can say about my experience here. The service was slow and when I went to look for my wait staff they were behind the bar talking and on their phone. There were 10 people in my party and every single one of us had a problem with our food. When we talked to the manager the response was yeah we better staff in the kitchen. This place was amazing, my partner and I went here and we loved it. The servers are very accommodating and understanding, the food is clearly fresh made. You have to wait a bit to get food since it's from scratch but it is worth it. It is also pretty inexpensive, we had a lot of food and dessert and the total (with tax) was $84! Went here for my brother's 35th birthday early on a Sunday morning. Fun at the arcade never goes away, even with age apparently. This place was a lot of fun, and they had a huge variety of first person shooter, sports, and tickets games. My favorites were the Nerf play and oculus beat saber game. We also ate in the restaurant portion of the arcade. The cheese curds were delicious, but the entrees were nothing memorable. Would definitely go back for drinks (they have a full bar and a mini bowling alley) and games again! read more

Level 257, what happened to you? This place has been revamped, and not for the better. Gone are many of the arcade games, both vintage and new. They've been replaced by ticket-style games and a prize room where tickets are traded for random stuff. I was pretty disappointed by all the changes. It feels more like a dying gasp of a money grab now than a tribute to vintage games. Also, "PAC-MAN Entertainment"? Could they not think of a less generic-sounding name? Maybe "Ticket Fun Game Time" or "Play Skeeball Win Ticket"? Disappointment abounds. read more

A fantastic entertainment complex for all ages. My partner and I stopped here on a recent trip to Chicago and so glad we did ! First of all, Pac Man and Ms Pac Man were the games of my generation , so to see a space filled with so many variations of these games (more than I even knew existed !) , was a thrill . There were many of the other games from this time, again in forms I have never seen-and newer games as well . A very glam bowling alley also resides in this complex . There is a full bar and restaurant-I loved that some of the food items were presented in Pac Man shapes , because I am a dork like that . My burger and fries were delicious-no complaints at all about the food or beverages served . There were plenty of options for all ages as far as games , the space was well thought out and very clean , some fun memorabilia on display , all in all a great way to spend a couple of hours or more ! read more

This is a fun place that serves good food, has an extensive craft beer list and the games take you back. I've been for dinner and enjoyed it and a recent trip to Sunday brunch. The brunch doesn't have a ton of choices/options, but it's plenty and everything tasted good. Great biscuits and gravy, sushi and salmon. The ceviche and hummus strangely were the best two items. Services has been good each time I've gone and the games are great. With the brunch we got one hour game passes. This doesn't include prize games or ticket payouts (fine by me, we have enough junk from these things). We had some nachos for appetizers and they were so good. Their beer selection was good as well. We ended up also staying to play some arcade games and had some fun. My family and I visited Pac-man Entertainment on Monday. It was our first visit and we were blown away by the outstanding customer service, the amenities and quality of the food and drinks. When we first walked in we saw the huge lego Pac-Man. The kiddos enjoyed learning more about Pac-Man and it's creator. When we exited the elevator, a very charming hostess greeted us with an enthusiastic smile. The initial impressions let is know we were bound to have a great time; and we did. I found it to be better than many other similar venues because of the employees. Looking for some new age nostalgic overload? Pacman, Galaga, pinball...this place has it all! This was my first time to Level 257 and it will not be my last. I loved the atmosphere here. It had a great design throughout the entire place. The concept is interesting, Level 257 is based off the 257th level in Pacman which was said to be unreachable. When you get there, the game glitches out. So the whole place is themed off that, even the food. You can enjoy a bunch of nostalgic video games and pinball as well as some new ones. I had a lot of fun with my party playing Mario Kart here. Had a ton of laughs as well since it allows you to take a picture of yourself before each race haha. The food was good. A lot of great craft beer on tap as well as a pretty impressive wine selection. Ordered the crab cakes, pear and bleu cheese flat bread (amazing) and almost didn't have room for dinner. The crab cakes didn't only taste good, but were arranged on the plate as if they were Pacman balls and the hot mustard was in the shape of Pacman eating them, creative. The mac and cheese burger for dinner was huge, indulgent and delicious. A great dish to order. This is the perfect spot for parties or large groups. I just ate here on Saturday. The decor, the food, the bar, the games are on point! It's pretty much an arcade with a bar and restaurant and the theme is pacman. The decor is everything pacman, great decor! It only took about 15 mins to get seated, which I didn't mind at all since you can kill time by playing games. We came here for a birthday party so there was a few of us. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza which was to die for... it had little onion rings on top which made it even better! Today I patronized your establishment for the very first time. Unfortunately it was not a positive experience. I recognize that places are still short staffed and it was a holiday however the treatment of my partner and friends during our dining experience was not pleasant. My partner went to order a drink and was told there is no bartender today. No more than 5 minutes later 3 people come to the bar and was provided service. The women behind the bar said she had limited skills however she made three cocktails for the 3 people. Not only was my partner slighted it was hard to not view this treatment as a racist act being that the 3 people served were not people of color. Our server was not attentive and messed up our orders. Food was decent once we got what we ordered. Overall this experience was not a good one and leaves a lot to be desired and gives my partner and I pause if we would come again. I decided to share my concerns by emailing and did receive a response however no accountability from management and essentially was told my perception was false and my partner was blamed for yelling and expressing his frustration. See GM response Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry but your perception is incorrect here. We had closed the bar, my manager was away from the bar for about 3 minutes and then she went to make the drinks for everyone, including your partner who proceeded to yell at my staff and walk away, even though she was making his drink. Also, as a gesture of goodwill, we poured him a FREE drink that was given to him. We are a very diverse business, we don't care if you are purple, we treat our guests all the same way. It's a real disappointment that I have to write this but your unprofessionalism and behavior by your staff forces me to. My son and his fiance decided to do something fun after dinner on Valentine's day and due to covid and the extreme cold, there are not many choices to fill the evening with. Upon getting to your establishment and looking forward to their evening together without their new born which my wife and I were watching for them so they could finally enjoy some alone time, they realized that they needed to make change for the $100 bill we gave them. They went to the bar and waited almost 30 minutes while only 2 people sat at the bar. There were two bartenders behind the bar which never even gave them the time of day. They never approached them to see if they wanted a drink etc and besides that, they ignored them and continued to serve others that came over to the opposite end of the bar. Not a word was exchanged between our kids and your staff at the bar other than "excuse me" that was relayed by our kids so the confusion is why you allow this kind of behavior to patrons of your establishment? After they realized that they were being ignored they went to the front where they found a girl with a walkie talkie so figured she was part of your staff and asked her if she could provide change. The girl said "sure, not a problem" but then realized she didn't have enough to provide change and directed them to the bar. They explained what had just happened at the bar and instead of resolving the problem by either going to the bar with them or calling a manager to assist them, she said "oh yeah, I guess we don't have any then". My question is, are you in the business to drive away profits by being outright un-professional and rude? I have seen other reviews from Google and there seems to be a pattern. I'm not here to write a review and be ignored as my kids were. I expect a response ASAP because my next inquiry into the business model you represent will be to your President\ CEO ,Kiyoshi Saito and any board members that represent (BANDAI NAMCO GROUP (BNG). It's a Thursday night and the kids are still out of school. We decided to hit this for bowling at 530. They are not super busy but the service is horrible! Half the lanes were broke so we waited at the bar since it was happy hour. There was 1 overwhelmed bartender who I don't blame for being unfriendly but don't appreciate either, you work on tips make the best of it jeez. We got a lane and ordered two pizzas that were bigger than average but nothing special. We had fun with the kids but my big pet peeve is the waiter, Armando,listen I know your overwhelmed because your subpar manager didn't staff accordingly but seriously no drink refills, took 45 minutes to get the Parmesan to go with the pizza we already ate! My recommendation is skip it and go to pinstripes! The food and service is better price is comparable. FYI they charge for bowling with he food and expect you to tip in that bill read more

The arcade had a lot of games to play and for the price for a game card wasn't too bad. Spent 50.00 and was almost there for about two hours and I loved the prizes they had. This place is gigantic! So much to do, so little time. haha I was starving before a Yelp event started and I could not wait. So Courtney C and I ordered some dinner and drinks. We shared the green curry chicken wings and those were awesome! I got the Mushroom and Swiss burger for my main meal and it was actually pretty good. The plates are large, so we definitely needed doggie bags. They have a nice beer list and the bartender gave us one on the house. Yayy bartender, he was super nice. There is plenty to do at Level 257. You can be a kid again with all the video games and arcade-y stuff they have at this place. Celebrated a friend's birthday last night around 11pm. We were a party of 10 and only 8 of us wanted to bowl. The lady working the front desk wasn't the most pleasant person to work with to say the least. We all were crammed into 1 bowling lane while there were about 4 other lanes still available. It personally didn't make any sense at all for us as a large group to be in one lane since there were so many open lanes, but the woman at the front desk said it fits up to 8. You get timed on the clock when you bowl and unfortunately we had to wait for the same woman to fix our alley for 15 minutes since the computer didn't allow us to put our 8th player in. She gave my friend an attitude when the issue was addressed to her and just said "yeah, I'll get to it" but never did. We had spoken to someone else about it and that all took 25 minutes wasted on the clock so we really only bowled a little over 1 hour instead of 1.5 hr. We also were still waiting on our shoes for another ~7 minutes because it had to be brought out to our alley rather than when you pay at the desk. Service was just poor and seemed understaffed at the front desk I suppose. I paid $26 for 2 people with only 1 pair of shoes needed for the hour and a half. We also unfortunately got a carafe of water that had a fly in it...Our food was fine, but nothing too rave about. Probably not going to be back for awhile. read more
