Very disappointed in the management and how they operate. We called in on Friday to see if they are taking reservations for Sunday due to the game. They said no because of the game. So we understood. So we arrived at 5:30 and there is a sign on the door that they are closing at 7 for a private party. So we went upstairs and the staff at the desk didn't know there was a private party at 7. How could they have not known on Friday that there is a private party???!!! The staff heard it from us and another customer. So then a manager approached and explained yes due to the party we can't stay past 7. The only choice we had was to play for an hour and eat somewhere else. They need to get it together.

Burger Build Your Own: The burger was better than expected! The patty was thick, juicy, and cooked well. I added avocado and onion to mine, which worked perfectly. The sweet potato waffle fries were a nice surprise, crispy and flavorful. 8/10 Pollo Taco: The taco was decent, but the chicken could use more seasoning. Still, it wasn't bad at all. 7/10 Service: Service was excellent, staff checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. Since we visited on a Sunday, each entrée came with an hour of free gameplay, which was a great bonus.

Hey fellow Yelpers! This was my first time going to Enterrium. I've seen so many TikTok videos of Enterrium and finally had the chance to check it out. There are many activities you can do at affordable prices is crazy good! From bowling to a full arcade and many mini claw machines with cute prizes. There are 2 entrances, one inside the mall near the food court & it's own entrance near the entrance of where Sears used to be which is on the left of Macy's. Customer Service: The staff I've interacted with were friendly & helpful. Our server, forgot his name, but he was very attentive. Keep up the amazing work! Entertainment: There are many activities to do at Enterrium. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to do bowling, but I had so much fun at the arcade. I really love the mini claw machines which are on the first floor near the entrance. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a great at Enterrium. I definitely plan to come back and try out bowling and the pinball machines. The bathroom was really clean, the food & drinks were delicious, & awesome customer service. I hope this review helps this Enterrium & its current and future customers. Have an amazing day!

Disappointing, disorganized, and strangely hollow. Enterrium feels like a place that used to be fun and forgot to tell anyone it stopped trying. It's gone thru a few ownership and celebrants over the years since it first opened as a PAC-MAN Entertainment. Service was essentially non-existent. There were no servers on the floor at all--if you wanted food or drinks, you had to order everything at the bar. There may have been a server in the bowling area? Unsurprisingly, this created long waits, confusion, and a bar staff that looked overwhelmed and annoyed to be doing the job of an entire service team. Further, on our most recent visit with three additional families we were charged for multiple kid meals even though they were supposed to be free with an adult entree. The layout makes even less sense than the service model. Pinball machines are now shoved into a weird, separate room, completely disconnected from the rest of the space. It feels like an afterthought instead of part of the experience. To top it off, there is only ONE kiosk to buy or reload game cards for the entire venue. One. So everyone--kids, parents, groups--lines up for the same bottleneck while employees just... watch it happen. The whole place feels understaffed, poorly planned, and uninterested in the guest experience. If the goal is "order at the bar, wander aimlessly, and hope for the best," mission accomplished. If the goal is a smooth dining + entertainment experience, this misses badly. Hard to recommend unless major changes are made--because right now, it's more frustrating than fun.

This place gives me the Dave and Buster's feel but swankier. The faux leather bench seating and black high top chairs has a nice style with large orb lighting gives this place a nice feel and distracts you a bit from the "noisy- ness" of the arcade. At least I'm comfortable while subjecting myself to the loud sounds and noise of the music/arcade. We bowled for an hour and ordered shareables and entrees. The chicken tenders were battered lightly and super crispy. The fries were thick and "potato"-y but didn't stand out for any particular reason. The appetizer was good portions and as expected from the descriptions on the menu. We had a group of 9 which included 6 children. The service was super attentive and friendly. We needed an allergy friendly accommodation and they were super helpful and caring. We will definitely bring the family back!

We came here on a Saturday after Dave and Busters was closed to the public. There's a separate entrance to enter so you don't have to go through the mall. They have a variety of claw machines, a smaller selection of arcade games compared to D&B and Round One, bowling, pinball games, etc. I paid $40 for 200 something points. You just add money to the card. $40 was too much for the small selection. $20-25 will be sufficient. Best game there that you can't find elsewhere is the King King one. It's very fun and interactive once you sit and put the headset on. Other than that, the games are the typical ones you find elsewhere. We also ate there. There weren't many servers just one guy. The hostess that is supposed to seat you, takes forever. The mocktails are good. The pizzas are solid. Crust is thin and crunchy. We got the margherita and bbq chicken. Pizzas are shareable for a group of 4, you'll need more than one for sure. Overall it's just a 3 out of 5 for the whole experience. It could be a lot better. FYI the prize room needs more variety, not a lot of items that adults would enjoy.

This place is SO much fun! They have a lot of games, claw machines, the bowling was reasonably priced, pool tables were really cheap. I want to come back and play darts. The mojito as quite good! Usually places mess it up. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Overall amazing place. The bathrooms are really trippy hahahaha but nice. Anyways can't wait to come back, I wanna try the food.

UPDATE: The pinball machines have all been moved to a separate room at the rear next to the bowling alley. This separate area includes a small bar to serve pinball players. Great idea! I counted a total of thirty-three (33) pinball machines and only one machine was not working.

Ice Ball (Skee Ball), Goldfish Bowls, Carnival knock down and Bean Bag Toss

My husband and I ate the Enterrium platter, which had potato skins, tater tots, bbq pork nachos and cheese curds, it filled us up and we even took some home. My favorites were the tater tots and cheese curds, crispy and delicious! We then went to use our 2 hour play cards that we got on Groupon. I went for the Skee Ball but found quite a few other games to play that were fun, bean bags, carnival knock down, goldfish bowls, Pacman, air hockey, and an Alien shooter game. My husband liked the race car, motorcycle and Walking Dead games. We were almost too tired to use the full two hours but then we were told about the pinball games and finished out our time in there. Great choices for games, plenty of room to play not crowded at all (Friday afternoon) and there are even some bowling lanes too! Definitely would go again!

Great place to play for adults & kids! Huge bar on the center of the entrance with bowling lanes & video game/arcade area. Ideal for parents to get a drink & catch a game while the kids roam & play. Not my first visit but I recently came here & discovered a Groupon deal for either bowling or arcades. We chose the arcade deal & purchased 4 cards for 2 hours of open play for $80! Not bad but the exception was no prize games or point accrual. I found it fair, so my family & I decided to take full advantage of the 2 hours. We played almost nonstop & I would say we definitely got our money's worth. We purchased the same deal to use at a later date and also another for just a bowling option. Definitely coming back!

    Wedge Salad with bacon.
    Chavalier N.

If it wasn't for my salad I would've given 5 stars. This place is awesome for the family or a cute date night. Entry is from the mall or you walk through the main entrance. Whats great about this is that hit has a Dave & Busters vibe but more upscale. Theres a bowling alley and plenty of vintage and new arcade games! If you purchase a meal during certain days you get a free 1hr play card . We definitely utilized that! Our server was amazing the food was great. Unfortunately my salad had old lettuce & I refuse to eat around that. If you get a salad just be mindful and check first .

Thinking of having a birthday party here for my kids..A soon to be 4yo and 6yo? Is this a good place for that age group? Do they have bowling ramps for the kids?

I'm pretty sure I have seen ramps used.

Is there a kid's menu online? Can't find one to save my life.

Hi there, Martin. We absolutely have a kids menu! We have items ranging from hand breaded chicken tenders to our delicious mac and cheese. Tho this menu is not provided online, it is absolutely available upon arrival to PAC-MAN Entertainment.…

What are your prices for playing in the arcade?

The game prices range from .50 to 3.00 Thank you!

How much is lane reservation and shoe rental per hour?

Shayna, thank you for reaching out. We do not take any lane reservations, it is a first come first serve basis. Sunday-Thursday bowling is 5.00 per person per hour and shoes are 5.00 per person with the exception of Tuesday's. The Tuesday special…

Are bumpers and a ramp available for little kids to bowl?

    Yes they have both!

Do you have pool and darts as well?

Unfortunately, we do not have either of those activities at the moment.

Can you come just for the arcade or do you need a table and reservations to play the games?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come in to just enjoy our arcade. As a side note, we are in the process of expanding our game room and creating an entrance to the mall.

How does the game card work? Can I have credits on there instead of timed play? For example, for pinball, the credits system would make more sense.

The typical system is credit based. There are special events where you can have time play cards (birthday parties and Sunday specials) but, for the most part, it's all credit based.

Is this place lame for a 21st Birthday? Be honest lol!

Actually I think it would be a fun night place for a 21st, the drinks were really good and there is a fun party atmosphere; food is a little inconsistent so keep it simple and you'll be fine

Do you have to be 21 to go in?

No, Kaitlyn. You do not need to be 21 to enter.

My husband had the pork chop, (which was absolutely incredible), and we appreciated that the chef personally came to our table to apologize for the wait, as the first chop they made was overcooked. Drinks are nice and they provide very good water quality The hibiscus pineapple spritz was tasty with a light flavor. Dominated by mint and pine apple the hibiscus was a dim note. The Bloody Mary was delicately made with lovely easily readable notes of lemon and lime. The pepperoni olives add a delightfully erotic combination. I have no way to describe this Bloody Mary other than erotic. There's an anchovy chunk hidden in the olive muted by a creamy sauce. It gives a lovely salty kick to an otherwise calm Bloody Mary. Honestly I like a calm Bloody Mary that has a lot of defined flavors rather than a shelf made clusterbomb of chemicals. This tastes like home made pours. The calamari appetizer is soft and almost reminds me of the yesteryears of long John silvers fish sticks. But more refined with octopus for the core flavor. What a delightful recipe. Mushroom blue crab. Very soft and enjoyable. A lovely lightly salty earthy treat with a rich crab slice covered in batter. Lightly spicy in the aftertaste. A great minimalistic mid meal palate cleanser. Their lemon braised chicken I was only able to get a tiny taste by the time the press plate made way to me. The skin is actually IMPRESSIVE. I can only imagine the meat inside but the other press member who ordered that dish had a lovely time with it and said it was fresh and made him happy to eat. The Margherita pizza was flavorful despite missing a lot of visible basil. I would appreciate more leaves next time but this isn't a demerit as much as it's a presentational desire to have. This whole restaurant carries a delighting spirit. It's very easy with the music here the good food and good people to slide upward on the mood scale. This isn't a bistro. This isn't your stuffy formal place. This is a place to flash your fashion in a daytime club atmosphere. This is a place for a business luncheon where high level service needs exist. Addendum V1: This restaurant was a sensory nightmare, as a person with autism I can only call this restaurant "socializing on extra hard mode" the acoustics are not very good with the curved walls and there is poor to no noise isolation, if you're sat next to the windows and the tree cutting team starts cutting ENJOY THE REST OF YOUR DINE (Or ask for a new table, the waitstaff are glorious people here who will accommodate most any request. They are great personalities and everyone is very sociable. There was a three way birthday at our table and they brought out wine and fireworks for us to all take pictures with. I found the birthday presentation simple classic memorable and highly photographable for pro photographers looking to experience lighting in an exotic location. LIGHTING and ENVIRONMENT is where I had to take a half star off, due to the existing California Pizza Kitchen design having been overlaid on top of much like a Bathtub remodel all of the existing CPC issues were brought to the new location, some were reduced others weren't eliminated at all. Sound propagation in the restaurant is a total mess, the windows at mid day allow too much noise and could use a thin soft black curtain that mutes the dull city landscape. The atmosphere here at dinner changes so I'll have to revisit this restaurant at evening time and see how the sensory noise problem is, but visiting this restaurant at lunch is something I'd save for a quick drink at the bar rather than a drawn out meal. Having a drawn out meal here definitely sounds better at evening. When I get complaints about being socially unresponsive and am almost unaware that there were long periods, clearly I was retreating onto working on the phone trying to extrapolate a review from a limited amount of food instead a full menu flight in one bite serves. The complaint was that this review isn't detailed enough, this should resolve some of that and as for lack of details, well stop complaining on this one because the conditions I was creating my review in. Also I left out one of my FAVORITE rooms to review in a restaurant, the waterclosets... Here they were impressively clean and well decorated. The atmosphere here is minimalist modern eclectic, the only thing I hate is that damn ceiling and those walls. Fix the acoustics in here and I can probably go back to a five star. Oh and seriously, more basil on that margarita pizza.

It seemed like they had it made due to beating their top selling plate. The chicken had a rubbery feeling, for sure did not meet the hype. We ordered it and it was served very fast. In the other hand, their "Pesto Cavatappi" was served warmed and you could tell it was just made. The chicken on this dish tasted very good and the texture was very different from the Chicken Parm. I would recommend this dish instead of their number one as it was told to us by the server. We ordered two cappuccinos and their Flourless Chocolate Cake. Both cappuccinos were very milky and not warm enough. The dessert was really good but it also took a while to get it. We were half way done with our cappuccinos. Price - I feel they are priced too high for a chicken dish and pasta. Although it is a good portion it is still chicken and pasta. It was $31 for the chicken parm and $26 for the Cavatappi. The dessert was $12 It was a busy day but they should still keep their standards and serve food with the right temperature. I will give it another change for sure.
